A construction company got dust in our house after a mistake/mishap they made doing concrete work in the street. It was horrible and there was dust everywhere. They paid for ServiceMaster to come out. From the initial contact with Derek Dibbens, to the guys who cleaned the duct work, to the house cleaners Bea Bea & Penny who came - everyone and everything was fantastic. Derek and an inspector guy came in and assessed the house. And within 2 or 3 days the duct work was cleaned as was the entire house. Everyone was so helpful. Bea Bea & Penny were sweet and they did a super good job. They dusted all my knick knacks, cleaned the baseboards and blinds, dusted, mopped, cleaned ceiling fans- a real thorough job! I would recommend this company to anyone needing duct cleaning or house cleaning.

Call our insurance company and less than 2 hours later the Service Master crew showed up to evaluate our sewer backup, what could be done and where to go from there. Very personable and professional. Tear out was done very good and finished in 1 day. Daryl ensured all sheet rock and flooring was disposed of before he left that day. The lead demo manager CJ contacted us and came by every day to ensure everything was going smoothly. The crew that showed up to remove furnishings that were bad did a very professional and fast job.

Horrible experience. Project was not completed as promised. Company quit before job was completed. Deposited check from insurance company without owners signature. Still had soot on several windows and walls. Owners were asked for additional funds even though insurance had covered costs. When questions asked of supervisor the answers were avoided and responses were “we will take care of you”. Would not recommend this company.

ACT is quick and does an outstanding job. They are great at communicating all updates and making sure the job is done to your satisfaction.

As you know, when you need a company like Advance Catastrophe Technologies, you need them immediately. ACT has always been quick to get a team on site when called. ACT has also been very prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns my company has had. They are professional in their work and professional in their interaction with our hotels.

They had a sale price on a BBQ Grill with two different prices the sticker on the unit stated 2100.00 at 40 percent off with a new price of 1700.00 and there was another sale brochure in the BBQ unit for 1600.00 but they were sure where that came from it matched the model number for the unit the sales clerk could not explain he just took the 1600.00 brochure away and didn't come back with it.
