Service Master Clean In A Wink did a great job on our carpets. They were friendly, knowledgable and very detailed. Our carpets are 6 years old and there were traffic stains but the guys at Clean In A Wink made are carpets look new again. Thanks Clean In A Wink!

We have been very pleased with ServiceMaster Clean in a Wink for both vent cleaning and furniture cleaning. We recently had our sofa and chair cleaned. The employee was on time and very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them again when we need their services.

The workers were punctual, polite, professional and efficient. We were very satisfied with their work. They were here to clean our carpets and our carpets look good and feel clean!! No chemical residue was left on carpets and there was no discernable chemical smell.

Anthony was very professional, thorough, and polite as well as his trainee. Very nice and professional. The two people who came out really worked hard at everything they did and kept everything perfectly clean. During this time in May with COVID-19 issues they were wearing masks and gloves and did everything properly.

Charles and Nick did a fabulous job in a short period of time. I had many questions before they cleaned my carpet and Charles answered all of them with professional and accurate answers. They also were able to add Scotch guarding and an additional room, for a reasonable extra charge, and within the allotted time scheduled for my service. I highly recommend these gentlemen and this carpet cleaning company.

Charles (aka Chuck) came to clean the carpets on two sets of stairs, the basement family room and second floor hallway. The results were amazing! He put time and effort into removing old stains and his craftsmanship really showed. He obviously takes pride in his work and we were very satisfied customers. Recommend!

My experience with carpet cleaners has someone been disappointing. Not so this time; Servicemaster Park City did a very thorough job on our home's carpets. Five stars.

Loved working with this company! We had a fire and got to redo the whole kitchen. Steve Taylor was amazing to work with. He guided me on what to do and when, kept me in budget, and gave me really good suggestions when I was stuck. Communication was wonderful and I never had to question where we were in the process. We found this company to be very honest and trustworthy. If we need more work done in the future we already know who we are calling.

We had not had our vents cleaned in over 30 years. They did an excellent job. Chuck explained everything to us and reviewed all of the procedures before he started. He was very thorough and did a superb job. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave us very good advice for future general upkeep. We will definitely call them in the future for other services they provide.

Chuck (Charles) has been cleaning my carpets for several years. He is absolutely THE best employee from any agency that I have ever had the good pleasure of working with. His professionalism, his kindness, and quiet gentle manner, are exceptional. Alongside that is the superb job he does on my old carpeting - he makes it look like new. How I will miss his work, and him as well. Just a darn good person. He made ServiceMaster look good.

Excellent service. Very professional, friendly, kept us informed of their progress. The process is noisy but very little disruption - they changed the order of the rooms as they worked so I could move my cats. Very efficient workers - I definitely would recommend this to company.

I have had the pleasure of working with CJ from the Wichita office. During the last freeze of winter 2024/2025, one of our external pipes busted and flooded our basement. Water damaged the entire basement - ceiling, walls, carpet, padding, furniture, keepsakes and electronics. Needless to say, it has taken a toll on our lives and family. Enter CJ. With a furrowed brow for the house but a smile for us, he stepped in and has led the charge to get us back whole since the incident. From the start, he has treated us like we were his only job in the city, constantly following up with our insurance agent, adjuster, the crews he is managing and finally us to make sure that we are well taken care of throughout this ordeal. I would not wish this on anyone for any reason BUT if it does happen, ServiceMaster is the choice with CJ at the helm. Thank you guys for everything!!

Firefighter put leg through attic, causing large hole in living room ceiling and cellulose insulation a foot deep fell from attic. ServiceMaster DSI stapled plastic over hole. Later their employee removed entire popcorn ceiling, painted and textured ceiling. He was very professional and did a fantastic job repairing and finishing ceiling. He took care of every detail and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would highly recommend ServiceMaster DSI. Extremely satisfied.

Cleaned our carpets. Had a small spot needing retreated and they came back right away to take care of it.

I called Tammy At Service MASTER and was very distraught and anxious about a broken water antifreeze spigot. She calmed me down and walked me through some things I needed to do quickly. The next day (Saturday) Technician Remington came out and was very assuring and professional. He put me at ease and didn’t try any push his service on me. He was great! I will recommend them as I did tonight to 15 other heating and Air Conditioning guys in a CEU class.

Bea Bea was very personable and did a very good job. They cleaned up after their job they preformed with the water damage very satisfactory. They didn’t get back in touch with me about doing any repair work or about getting any repair work done.

I had a pipe freeze above my basement and bust which It flooded my entire basement. I called Allstate and they referred me to CJ with ServiceMaster DSI and he had a crew out lead by JT within the hour and they got right to work at 8pm at night. It was incredible the amount they accomplished in one night and the reassurance JT gave me to make everything feel like it would be handled. Not to mention I have dealt with nasty insurance adjusters in the past that their only job is to get out of paying for anything, well CJ has handled that side of things as well. From tear out to rebuild and lost items CJ is making sure I’m covered. At a time like this I couldn’t ask for better customer service than ServiceMaster has provided.

Within 3 hours of calling our insurance company ServiceMaster came to our house! Darrell, part of the demo crew, worked hard and fast and stayed late to make sure are contaminated basement what's cleaned. He is very personable. Very satisfied customers.
CJ, the lead on the demo crew kept us informed of what to expect with removal of destroyed items from a sewage issue. He came by for a final walk through after everything had been removed from the basement. He is open to questions and a good listener. CJ provided the best service possible and helped make a very difficult situation easier.
