I called them out they were out in about 6 hours the space they cleaned was 13ft by 3ft it cost $112.00 to get the water out the carpet it cost me $645 for the fan for 24hr $250 for the humidifier over night it cost $1250 for a 39sqft area. I ask for and estimate and he could not give me one. It plainly says per 24 hr period on the invoice here is my second estimate for continued work if I had decided to keep the fans another day. Myself and maintenance checked the floor on Saturday and it was dry. They had and appointment to come back on Saturday but they did not come and check the fans.

James was lovely for my initial call to schedule a carpet cleaning- he was helpful, courteous and informative. Danielle was the actual service technician and she was amazing! Friendly, helpful, and cheerful. I will be using Christian Cleaning again and highly recommend their services! Very satisfied customer!!!

I used Christian Cleaning for two commercial cleaning projects. They are very prompt and thorough throughout the entire process. They communicate schedule and job expectations before and follow up after to make sure they were met. Very competitive pricing. Very much recommended.

Everything seemed ok. They only sent one person to do a 4300 sq foot house, so I was worried. Another came and I was hopeful. I'm pregnant with pre-eclampsia in and out of the hospital sick. All I wanted was a good cleaning before my son comes and we even paid the higher quarterly price. Because it's hard for me to get around my husband did the check out. Well now a fight between us because he did a terrible job checking. They barely cleaned my bedroom and bathroom. I had stated the shower was a top priority. Didn't dust the end tables, dresser, tv stand, or under the sinks. There was visible trash remaining. Tonight I get in the shower, hair and skin residue and mold everywhere. They literally didn't even touch my top priority. The boss guy trying to call me when I'm so mad, blaming me because I let my husband check things. Says someone can come right now. Well I'm starving and want to go to the grocery. Just a terrible not customer approach attitude, sending us an invoice, not going above and beyond to fix on my terms after not doing their job. Not Christian but at least my dumb Christian husband gave them a $50 tip. Never again.

Unfortunately leaving a one star review due to the poor cleaning service, additionally poor customer service. My dog had an accident and when the stains + odor had not been removed partnered with the tech not seeming to know what he was doing, I took it upon myself to get a second opinion which resulted in the remnants left behind being completely removed; the stains, odor etc. When the owner reached out to remedy payment I told him the stains were never fully removed and it was disheartening I would need to be paying for now two services. His response to me was I should have called him back (which yes I could have) but that I would need to pay and that was the end of his offering. As a fellow business owner I would have been offering multiple options even though this specific situation was now taken care of — offered to clean a different room, a piece of furniture something in order to make up for the inadequate service; or simply comped the service. This is not a company I personally would be using again. If you’d like the name of the company I went with I would be happy to share it in the comments.

Carter was outstanding in diligently steaming and rejuvenating our carpets. He even worked hard to remove the crayons and gunk that had worked themselves into the carpet in both kids bedrooms. I couldn't imagine our carpets looking any better unless they were brand new. I highly recommend Christian Cleaning & Restoration to anybody looking for a team to carpet steam their homes.

Carter cleaned our carpet and our tile/grout today. He was very nice and did a fantastic job! Everything looks brand new! Plus, I love the Bible verse on their business card 🙂 Definitely recommend.

We used New Image for an insurance claim roof replacement and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

Caleb Garrison was great to work with—he responded quickly, met with me whenever I needed, and scheduled the work around my availability. He was also very helpful during the insurance adjuster meeting, making sure all damage was properly identified and addressed.

The crew did a great job, and they handled a few unexpected issues without any problems, including a chimney flashing concern that came up during the project. They even corrected a cosmetic workmanship flaw from a previous install, which I really appreciated.

Overall, Caleb and the team were extremely helpful in working through the challenges of my particular roof, and the final result looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend New Image to anyone needing roofing work.
