Oh my word! I have an in-home preschool that we have created in our very large 2 car garage. It was a large space and it was filled with a lot of stains because of a lot of children who have been through these doors in the last three years. They cleaned these carpets with such tenacity and integrity I am blown away! The wonderful man worked very very hard and I am pleased beyond anything I could imagine and I will recommend them to everybody and will now be using them once a year to clean our carpets! Call them! I have used Higher Standards for several jobs to clean stairs, carpets, wood floors, upholstery, an oriental rug and vents. They are always professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable about their business. I also appreciated that they were respectful of all our property, not just the property they were contracted to clean.

I wanted to modify my original 5 star review, this is my second time reviewing this company. I just want to say how happy I have been with their service. I have had them come out several times, I have four cats and a dog and of course when you have animals, you get smells and accidents. He has done a fantastic job every single time. And it's the little touches that this company does, protecting furniture and wall corners that I have had other companies come out and they do not do the same. I love that they are local, the young man, who I believe is also the business owner, always does a fantastic job, has a great attitude, and I would use this company again and again and likely will to continue to take care of my carpets. The footprints on the carpet are my fault but cleaning makes an old builder grade carpet look nice again.

I highly recommend this company. I just purchased a home where the previous owner had multiple pets. There was a strong odor from urine and pet dander. This company is extremely professional and actually listen to your needs. They got me on the schedule very quickly, showed up on time and gave quality/exceptional service. Anytime I need professional services in the future higher standards will be my first call.

Chris came and did an excellent job in just a couple of hours. He explained exactly what he was going to do and gave me any necessary advice to help make it go smoothly.
I cannot even see where my area rugs had been lying. The carpet is old but it looks new now! I highly recommend Higher Standards Carpet Cleaning.

He explained what was going to happen, vacuuming, the chemicals that he would use. He told use to very careful on the wet carpet. Safety was his first priority before cleaning the carpets. We moved all the small furniture out & talked about cleaning under the dinning room table. Can't tell if he did. Also we assumed that the other furniture would be moved to clean under them. That didn't happen. Are Dogs do pee on the furniture when we don't see them. It is hard to see on 1 photo, but you can see yellow spots. Also my suggestion for cleaning along the wall would be some type of smaller attachment that would allow them to get closer to the wall. He was on time.

Chris is an exceptional human. He came into our home and got us taken care of quickly and safely. We are pleased with how thorough he was along the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing water restoration.
