Had water leak from water heater into a basement closet. The crew was out a few hours after I called. BeBe snd Grant we’re thorough and professional and made sure I understood the process. The price was reasonable and I would definitely call again if I need help.

Servpro of Northeast Wichita saved my basement!! Our sump pump quit during the last storm and flooded all but one room of the basement. Liz and her crew came out right away and extracted all of the water from our brand new carpet. They were able to save our walls by setting their fans and dehumidifier. The crew blocked our furniture from any further damage. The whole crew was very polite and Liz was very informative walking me through their process. Bebe and Misty were extremely helpful each day they were at our house after our fire. They worked around all of us since it ended up being a snow day from school too. Both ladies were always polite, friendly and explained everything. Thank you!

Michael and Rodeana took a nightmare situation and resolved it immediately. We had a leak come into our living room as a result of poor siding around the chimney. ServPro treated us as their first priority, knowing that we needed our home remediated immediately to keep us and our newborn safe. They came out several times at OUR convenience to keep up on the issue until it was resolved. They even recommended contractors for the rest of the work we needed, provided bids and communicated with the rest of the team working on our home, and were so available to answer the phone any time of day to push the project to completion. We are so relieved this situation is resolved, but should we ever need the help again, they will have our loyal business in the future.

Our basement recently flooded in the middle of the night and within an hour Michael Butler was at our house and cleanup began. They are professional and definitely would use them again. We had a wonderful experience. Just hope we don’t have to call again!

Broken pipe late at night--very quick response to clean up standing water throughout our 6K sq. foot area building. Team was very responsive and made sure all water was gone out of carpet and brought in a sea of fans and dehumidifiers to make sure all was dry. Rodeana was the BEST and provided excellent customer service and handled all of the insurance questions and process!! I highly recommend ServPro NE.

Servpro Northwest Wichita were amazing. The crew was on time, did an amazing job on the water damage in my home and they went above and beyond for me.

Our basement flooded after hours and Patrick was out within 20 mins of me calling and worked with his team until late in the evening to ensure everything was cleaned and removed prior to setting all of their equipment up. He was extremely thorough and upfront with costs. He was out everyday to check on the progress and kept me informed. He took what could have been an extremely stressful situation for me and turned it into a breeze. He was absolutely great to work with. I definitely recommend using Servpro.

Our basement flooded when our sump pump stopped working in the middle of the night and it was a mess. I am so thankful for ServPro, they've been wonderful. Particularly Angel and Junior have been just great! Angel knows her stuff and is possibly the hardest worker I've ever met. And Rodeana is always helpful any time I call.

Our water heater leaked water all over the downstairs. We replaced the water heater and Servpro came over immediately on a Friday afternoon. They removed the carpet and set up humidifiers and fans for the next 4 days. Over the weekend they came to inspect the problem areas and finished up a few days later. We wanted to thank Patrick, Chris, Travis, Devon and Angel for all their hard work in getting the job done. Problem solved through knowledge of what had to be done and excellent service.

Angel and Carey were wonderful and extremely helpful during a bad time in our lives. Had a fire in our house and were lucky that there was not a lot of damage.
The ladies cleaned everything that had smoke damage and cleared the smell out of our house.
I would definitely recommend them to others. They did a great job. Were both very friendly.

Would not have used this company if not for insurance reference....regret the entire process and outcome of this decision. The rude and unprofessional treatment given by them was unbelievable. The harassment for payment, after insurance has already paid out, is the icing on the cake.
The way our belongings were handled is unbelievable. Just piles of stuff.

I was very impressed with the 2 workers from Servpro, BB and Misty that came out to clean my extended patio room that had fire damage. They were very patient and took the time to explain all the steps of the procedure. I had no idea what went into cleaning up after a fire, there was no hint of smoke after their extensive clean up. I spoke with the manager Liz, she explained the rebuild part of the project, although we did not use their contractor for that project, I highly recommend ServPro NE for any clean up, mitigation or rebuild.

I spoke with Rodeana and she got me on the schedule for a duct cleaning. Bebe and Grant arrived on time and were so pleasant to work with. They were efficient and thorough. They did a WONDERFUL job and even cleaned up after themselves as they went along. It was so nice knowing the ductwork was clean and even made the house smell so much fresher. I highly recommend them!

Bea Bea and Grant did awesome with the first job of removing mold from basement closet and 2 bedrooms. I unfortunately found mold in a different area of the house a few days later and had to call Servpro again.
They sent Sean yesterday and he did a super thorough job of cleaning the living room. All 3 of them are super caring and excellent at what they do. I will continue to call them for any future services I may need.

Called Servpro of NE Wichita to get rid of a nasty mold problem from the recent rains. I spoke with Liz on the phone and she immediately made me feel at ease. She was able to send a service tech, Grant, out to get rid of the mold almost immediately. It was a difficult job but Grant worked very hard and was very thorough. In fact, he did such a good job with the mold that I took them up on an offer to clean my ducts, which haven't been cleaned since the house was built over ten years ago. This time, Grant brought Dayton along to help. Both of them worked very hard and were professional and polite the entire time. The change in air quality in my house is quite noticeable. And, the HVAC system, which was recently installed, is working so much more efficiently that I was able to both lower the unit's fan speed and raise the thermostat setting. No more hot and cold spots throughout the house. Even temps from floor to floor and fresh, clean-smelling air, with lower energy costs. If you've got some heavy cleaning to do, these are the folks you want.
