We had a washing machine flood two floors that caused extensive damage including mold. We had to have hardwood floors, walls and ceilings replaced. Several crews were involved in the reconstruction. All the providers were respectful, knowledgeable, nice and did great work. We dealt with Tim mostly who oversaw the project and he was excellent to work with.

We had a very positive experience working with Tim Carr, our project manager from Servpro, during our home remodel. From the beginning, he kept the project organized and moving forward, coordinating contractors, timelines, and materials effectively. Communication was consistent and clear, which made a complex renovation feel much more manageable for us.
Tim was responsive to questions, transparent about costs and timelines, and proactive in addressing any issues that arose during construction. His attention to detail and professionalism were appreciated and we would highly recommend Tim to others.

Chris with Higher Standards did an amazing job on my carpets. He was professional, courteous and informed me of everything that was about to take place. We are putting the house on the market and had debated on replacing the carpet. We thought we would try and clean them 1st. They look good as new! I will definitely use them in the future!

I waited a couple weeks to leave this review because in the past when I have hired carpet cleaners they look fantastic for a few days, then the spots come back on the carpet.
This is my 1st time with Higher Standards. Chris came out and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He assured me I would be 100% satisfied. My carpets still look brand new after 2 weeks. I highly recommend! I won't use anyone else in the future for my carpet cleaning!

Chris came on time. He explained his process and pointed out problem areas and said he would do his best. I had no great expectations with a 20 year old carpet but I was blown away with the results. All the stains were gone and it almost looked like a brand new carpet. He extracted 90% of the water so drying time was minimal. They are my go to for carpet cleaning from now on!
