When our church experienced unexpected water damage, Servpro of Northeast Wichita came to the rescue. Their response was incredibly fast, and they worked efficiently to restore the damaged areas. From start to finish, their professionalism shone through. The entire team, from top to bottom, were obvious experts in their field, handling everything with care and precision. I can't recommend Servpro of Northeast Wichita enough for anyone dealing with water damage or needing restoration services. They truly delivered five-star service!

Misty and Bea Bea were great communicators of what to expect with the process of the bio cleanup at my workplace. They relayed information clearly and had great follow through. Percy and Sarah in the office were awesome and I appreciated there prompt response to all of my questions and concerns.

This crew was outstanding in taking care of my immediate needs. They were careful with my possessions while removing the damaged items and debris and got all the wet material out of my flooded home and arranged for fans and dehumidifiers. I highly recommend ServePro.

Your representative just made me spend 2 hours scouring over my checking account and he didn’t have the courtesy to call me and let me know he screwed up!! I am so pissed!! I will let people know what I went through with your company…….a year after the job was done !! He did not let me know he messed up when I called and was freaking out after getting an invoice for $5,311.00 ………seriously he is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON EVER!! Why didn’t he send me a message after realizing he screwed up???? I had already paid for this in October of 2024, he called me on 5/11/25……Matt asked for my email…….sends me the invoice that I had already paid…….a year later, tells me I hadn’t paid it…….!! I have used your company 2 times in the last 10 years and I am shocked that you would treat a customer like this!!

Jessica, Carey, and Bea Bea were absolutely amazing! We had an electrical fire in our home which caused smoke stains and a terrible smoke odor to stain many of our rooms. This wonderful team of ladies came buy and did an AMAZING and thorough job of cleaning our home. It smells brand new! And they were amazing with my little pup too! Thank you all for your awesome work 🤗

Do NOT use this franchise. Patrick, the owner, is rude and can take no accountability when he and his team have messed up. Patrick personally admitted to me that my phone call was bumped to the bottom of the list multiple times because we were only 1 home that needed service as opposed to a business that could make him more money. Poor business practice, rude and condescending. Do not use northeast Servpro.

100% recommend carry and robin! They are the most hard working ladies! They explain everything they are doing and help you feel comfortable with the process. They were also very compassionate about what we was going through! Update.... Beabea and misty finished our fire contents and was very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient! Overall our experience with everyone we met on this team was 100%

From the first call on January 20th to Servpro and talking to Sara over the phone it wasn’t a long she sent out, I believe his name was Carson to inspect , explaining everything to me and then the crew shows up within hours. They surveyed the situation set up, blowers, dryers, etc., and were very attentive on explaining and getting the project started. They were Anthony, James, Sean, and Robert. From there each day, someone I I believe Anthony most of the time showed up to check on their equipment and how the process of getting everything dried out.
On January 23 Bee Bee and James came and checked and removed the equipment and cleaned up. They were both very knowledgeable and very nice.
I am impressed so far with ServPro and their employees a job well done.
I would definitely recommend Servpro to my friends and family.

I've had the pleasure of working with the ServPro team twice now. The first time was at work when I called them for mold remediation secondary to a bad roof. They were great then, showed up the day after I called and walked me through everything. The actual job was a big one but they were fast and professional. So when a pipe bust at my house, I knew who to call. I called Regina at 10:30 and they were at my house by 4 (which is a big deal because I live about 90 minutes away!). Again, they explained everything and got to work. I had no problems trusting them at my house everyday while I was at work, they even pet my dog every time they walked by him! They minimized what had to be ripped out, and they talked with my insurance agent. Afterwards, their clean up was perfect, you couldn't even tell they were there (other than the missing flooring and cabinet that was water damaged LOL). They can even set you up with a contractor for reconstruction if you don't already have one. They're really a one stop shop. I didn't have to do anything but make sure they could get in the house.
I sure hope I don't have to call them again, but if I do I know I'll be taken care of.

I would just like to say thank you and give a big shout out to Rodeana Garon Servpro’s coordinator. She did an outstanding job and helping us with the water in our basement. She coordinated everything in a timely matter and just cannot say enough about her professionalism and dedication to her job we are very happy with the outcome. Love the crew that come out and worked on our house.

WOW!!! Is the service we received from Servpro. We had the pleasure in dealing with Rodeana and Michael. Like many during these last storms of flooding basements. I had about foot water throughout our entire finished basement. (Thankful could have been worse). We lost power in our neighborhood and our sump pump not working and over worked. My husband was out of town planning his mother funeral. Things seemed overwhelming daunting with no hope in site. They provided that hope and light at the end of the tunnel. With all personally going on they gave me peace of mind. I know they too were overwhelmed, but they made me feel VIP and like I was the only issue they were having. Never felt like just a number. Because of their quick action the loss was much more minimal than it could have been! Thank you Rodeana and Michael for taking care of us. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone:)

They are horrible. Be careful! Especially if they say they are using certain painters, ours came after lunch drunk. If you ask for white paint it will only be primered. Husband has to repaint things they so called painted. We have had to purchase our own paint to do this as they claim no extra was left
I have found many of our belongings broken and never cleaned. I have found boxes full of pictures with lots of miscellaneous items, just thrown in there together and never cleaned. We have many personal items that are missing! If your insurance people say they use Servpro, ask for someone else.
Also, they will send out a rep. Who says " contact me with any concerns or complaints " but when you do, you won't hear back.

From the initial response from Pat and Sean, through the cleanup by Carson and team and ongoing monitoring by Michael, the work by ServPro was amazing. Their service was unbelievably prompt, professional and efficient. They were thorough, but only did what was necessary to address our issue. We consider ourselves quite fortunate to have engaged them - they made a challenging situation less difficult.

Servpro came to my home to clean out vents & ducts. They were on time, Friendly, courteous, professional, & thorough! They were respectful to me & to each other! Lots of please & thank yous! Will definitely call them again!

Anthony Dunavant was my technician. He was prompt, polite and informative. He explained what he would have to do and explained my options at each discovery. Very pleased with the work.

Quick to respond, and on sight people were great. Carey was an excellent representative for Servpro! Pricing was reasonable but have nothing to compare it to.

Had them come out this week and the guys were very thorough with the inspection. Grant, Mitch, and Sean took their time. Gave use all the details. And explained how this happened. I will call again when I need another inspection

I had ServPro come out, after a plumber filled my storage room with sewage due to negligence. They arrived promptly and got right to work. Anthony Dunavant and Grant Stuart were awesome, they handled the mess with ease and kept me updated throughout the entire process which took them all of 1 hour. From nightmare to clean air in 1 hour?! Wonderful work guys. Thank you!

Hire ServPro, and take a nap. I hired Servpro of Northeast Wichita (SNW) for remediation of mold in my basement, a festering problem that had begun to affect my health. These guys showed up. A flurry of activity -- hand-cleaning, scrubbing, power-washing, heavy-duty vacuuming, duct-cleaning, junk removal -- ensued. Two days later, I was already breathing easier, feeling the symptoms of my lung disease much less severely. SNW's Sean Butler made sure that I understood, from the beginning, that total removal of mold is just not biologically possible -- to my mind, however, he and his crew have made my home as safe and healthful as I might ever have hoped. Don't expect some discounted substitute: SNW charged a fair price and delivered full value. I'd invite them back for any other job in a heartbeat. You should too. John Brown

This review is long overdue! I have actually had to reach out to Servpro twice. The first was 4 years ago after an apartment fire. Servpro did an amazing job salvaging and restoring what they could from all of the smoke and water damage. The second time was this year, after the crazy flooding in Wichita. We had a flooded basement, and Servpro came out quickly to take care of cleanup and treating mold.

Rodeana was the one who assisted me the first time, and who I was able to reach out to the second time. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and punctual! I am very grateful for everything she has done for me.

While I hope that I'll be free of fire and/or water issues in the future, I will absolutely be reaching out to Rodeana and Servpro whenever I need them!
