The service that I have repeatedly and consistently received from Ultra Modern Pool and Patio at the West location has been personalized to my needs and completely incredible. They have won my business. They have helped me troubleshoot and only sold me products that I absolutely needed right when I needed them. I highly recommend them!

Espen has been nothing short of amazing, I thought my pool was a lost cause after not opening the year prior and was taken over by algae. I was ready to drain and refill Espen talked me out of it and helped me bring my pool back (still a work in progress) but he alone saved me the better part of $3,000+. This is my 2nd year actually running my pool and he has dumbed down the science so that even a toddler could understand. I now have a far better understanding of running a pool vs any of the advice I've been given by other pool stores, most stores just try to shove products at you. They people at Ultra tell you what is the issues are and what we are going to do to fix them. Ultra has definitely earned my bussiness for life.

Communication was terrible. the pool was supposed to be closed two weeks ago and because of maintenance my pool is still open they when they left they did not communicate when they were coming back just packed up and left and i have yet been able to contact there manager about it. i did receive a text from them which stated they would come back out on the 30th. That means they wanted me to wait 20 days to get my pool closed and they sent it in a text without call me back like i asked. They were very disrespectful and very short with me. I do not recommend spending your money with them.

The pool guys were great.But they put the pool in before the permit. Then wanted me to pay an additional 800 to 1800 dollars to get the survey for the permit. When called surveyor they laughed asked who we made mad at the city. Spent hours trying to get them to contact me. I ALSO had a well and the city inspector said there should be no issue.

While our story is absolutely positive, but perhaps a bit more drawn out… we were given a 2008 Hot Spring spa one jet pump was out when we got it, Ultra Modern got the job of replacing it and installing a new cover.

There were unfortunately, some twists and turns mostly involving defective replacement parts and an understandable human element as well as supply chain issues so the whole thing took a while, no harm really since summer is sort of an off season. Ultra Modern folks were always professional, up front with problems and were honest and diligent, they never gave up and hung right in there and got it done! These are good people!

Puro Clean did an excellent job in cleaning our air ducts. We have never had this done in our house. They are very thorough and detailed and explain the process. We highly recommend them

Him and his crew did an amazing job! Clean out my vents that were way over due and dealt with the mold! Highly recommend and will definitely be going with them again for future uses!

I was extremely satisfied with the work done by David at Puro Clean. He was very thorough in his initial examination of my issue with mold. He went the extra mile where other companies did not. I have a crawlspace. He went underneath to examine if there was mold visible from below. I would highly recommend David.

Just wanted to share my experience with Puro Clean of South Wichita. PURO CLEAN a new company in Wichita. They actually show up & come prepared to do your job. Mine was 4 inches of water in my finished basement. They have people, the knowledge and all of the equipment to take care of you. Having been in a service business for 30 years I would highly recommend you call them for your property damage.
