My husband and I decided to check out the patio furniture sale just on a whim the Sunday before Labor Day. We had been working outside all day and came in about 20 minutes before closing time. We were greeted by Sonia and informed it might be a little bit before they could get to us, since there were only Sonia and Jason working. We took our time looking around thoroughly and when Sonia came back around, she did very well to stick to our price point we gave her. We found the perfect patio set for us and Jason even helped my husband load what we could into our truck. Even at closing time, the day before a holiday, we did not feel rushed or pressured. In fact, we were very well taken care of and would defiantly shop there again.

Will, Ryan and crew were absolutely awesome! Everything from initial planning to installation was thoroughly explained and executed by them. They did a fantastic job and answered any questions I had through the whole process. I would highly recommend them to any one having a new pool installed. Great job Ultra Modern team!

Espen James was very efficient at helping me (William horn) and my wife (Nikki). He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our experience great. We will definitely return.

Had a warranty claim for my Big Green Egg. While communication could have been better, Ultra Modern did not let me down and came through in the end. They're always very pleasant and a pleasure to do business with.

The ladies on the sales floor were awesome. Very professional and nice. Answered all our questions and walked away with a real nice pool. Can't wait to get started on setting it up. We will be back for the water testing for sure! Also thanks to the warehouse guys for helping load it into my truck.

Customer service above and beyond! It is easy to leave a 5-star review when everything goes perfect. However, when things don't always go according to the plan (not because of anything UltraModern did) the way a company responds is very insightful. Kara and her team were very responsive and only a call away. They made sure we got taken care of and were up and running. They definitely "earned" their 5-star rating.

John and Lucas were great! We appreciate their hard work and dedication to making our pool look and work better than ever! We will continue to work with them in the future.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. I explained that I had limited funds at this time so I wanted something that was going to give me my money worth. He did all those things and carried everything out to my car I always recommend ultra modern for your pool or spa needs

Every time I go into Ultra Modern they are always friendly and willing to help. We had the toughest time pinpointing what the problem with our pool and why it was so cloudy. They ask me step-by-step what it was I was doing and putting into it and we finally resolved the problem. They thought originally it would take a week or so to fix when just from their questioning it take 2 days!!!! They are the best at what they do thank you for all your help.

We are new to the area and so had never shopped at Ultra Pool before. We were hoping to find a loveseat for our back patio and were thrilled to stumble upon this store after looking at several big box hardware stores first. The selection and quality were top notch and the service from Debi was outstanding. Although we paid more than we originally wanted, we got the chair on sale and are confident it is a piece of furniture we will have for many more years! We’ve had the couch a week and use it daily. Love it!

I have had nothing but a great experience here. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have had MANY issues with my pool this last summer due to improper maintenance and closing by the previous workers. They were always happy to see me, even though I was there at least once a week, if not more. They are knowledgeable about the products and upkeep. They ALWAYS try to help the customer do the easiest way before shoving expensive and time consuming solutions down the customers throat (unlike most places). When I requested a service technician he came out in a timely manner. He also called me to let me know he was here because my office isn't near to the pool. I will definitely recommend to people I know with a pool!

Hands down the whole team at Ultra Modern rocks. In particular though Kristen and John have been nothing short of awesome in helping us with are hot tub. We had some warranty concerns and they made sure to hold the manufacturer to their word, that ultimately resulted in a new hot tub replacement. If you didn’t know now you know Ultra Modern is the way to go.

We use Logan from ultra modern to service our pool. Anytime I need anything Logan is there. He always calls ahead of time and to let me know he will be there. Or even when he might need to come out the following day. He’s very knowledgeable with the pool chemistry. Ultra modern is lucky to have him.

We are happy with the purchase of our hot tub! The floor salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were great and answered our questions about maintenance of the hot tub after they set it in place. We are glad we chose Ultra Modern Pool & Patio to buy our hot tub!

Just had our first pool and experience with a pool company. I waited a couple weeks so everything could sink in before I wrote this. It was definitely a good experience. Everything went the way they said and no complications. Haven’t had any service yet but hoping everything will be on par with initial experience. I also wanted to say Will (the lead) was very professional and anytime I needed an answer he provided it. The sales team has also been great. I took my first water sample in and they did a nice job. I would recommend ultra modern to any one.

Bought a brand new hot tub from them. It was faulty from the factory so Ultra Modern replaced it with a brand new one at no extra charge. You can feel confident they will treat you right. Great customer service!

Ultra Modern Pool did a fantastic job closing my in-ground pool! John and Mike were great and went the extra mile to install stand-off pipes for the pool returns. Thanks for having such great people working and supporting your customers! CHEERS

Espen was very helpful to me and my mom when we stopped in today. He explained every step thoroughly so that we know exactly what to do to get the pool looking great! He is a nice, knowledgeable and considerate young man!

Had a positive experience with Ultra Modern Pools. Needed my hot tub repair and they were the only business willing to drive to Winfield to diagnose the problem.
Scheduling was a challenge with weather related issues but they fit me in.
Do wish their communication was a bit more on point with their texting system and that they would call the morning of to let customers know they are on the schedule for the day instead of calling 30-45 min before they are planning to arrive.
Prices were different than I was quoted for drain & clean as well as a per hour installing fee of my pump. That definitely needs to be communicated to the customer.
Overall I would use them again and just confirm what I am being charged.

Was pleased with the service, the wrong pump being brought the first time not withstanding. Techs were professional and pleasant. Work was completed in a very timely manner. Much better than service I've received before. Thank you.
