Our experience with Huge Discount Flooring was very positive on a number of levels. The crew showed up consistently, early, and worked hard every moment. We needed new carpet but also LVP installation throughout large areas of the house. They were expedient, but also cleaned up well. Communication with Jorge and Kelly was sincere and constructive. They never left us hanging. Huge Discount Flooring provides honest business and doesn't attempt to cut corners. Prices, also, were lower than others.

Our biggest difficulty was that we wanted the LVP in the basement to cover the basement stairs. Although Mohawk's LVP at the time did technically have an adaptation for creating a riser, step, and stair nose, the solution regarding the stair nose wasn't perfect. This presented the Huge Discount crew with numerous and unusual challenges. I would caution buyers who might want stairs converted with LVP to do research on the stair nose offered, and make sure the brand and style uses a single piece nose rather than a multi-piece adaptive nose. Huge Discount would be able to guide you with such questions. I think they did right by us given our choice in flooring, but if we were less ignorant of our options at the time, we might have chosen a different product for that application.

Despite this, we have no hesitation to reach out to Huge Discount for other work. They are competent, and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

Great deals on wheels! What do I mean? Drove to the new HUGE location, went inside, picked out a carpet. The boss, yes, the boss came to the house, measured rooms, gave a cost and quantity estimate, and I took my boss (or wife) took see what I chose and she picked out better stuff st lower cost! The staff was great, fast, efficient, easy to deal with. Last, here came the install crew with the deal on wheels, carpet, pads, thresholds, everything and took over and listened to us when we had questions and adjustments! Good people, they're HUGE in my eyes! Thanks!

We just had laminate flooring installed to replace carpet and vinyl in our entire upstairs, including kitchen, bathroom, closets, and utility room. The craftsmanship by the installer (Edgar) is exquisite. We are extremely pleased. My wife is very happy. The entire experience with this company was pleasant. Including the final bill coming in under the estimate, which was unexpected.

Very happy with my new carpet from Huge Discount Flooring! I originally asked for a quote to have carpet removed and replaced with hard flooring, but I changed my mind and decided to go with new carpet. Huge Discount was very easy to work with and accommodating of my requests, which included a last-minute carpet color change. They scheduled me quickly and did good work. What an amazing experience! I'll tell you why. First place I went to gave me a high quote, expecting a negotiation, but it actually just ticked me off. So I came here. Didn't even tell them what the prior quote was for the same exact product. They responded with a totally reasonable price. No haggling, no BS, but about 20% below the competitor. I accepted and the rest of the process was seamless (no pun intended). They were great communicators, followed up, and did what they said they were gonna do. I highly recommend them. We had a very good experience here. We bought outdoor furniture for our patio. Jason was kind and informative. The furniture we bought cost more than our bedroom set but this is an investment because they will last much longer than a set from Lowe's, Home Depot or the like. We will definitely come back and purchase other items from here.

Question: Why don't the deliver guys work on weekend? With both my husband and I working it is a little hard right now to take off durning the week.

I had just purchased a new to me home. It was sold with the hot tub. The previous owners did not leave any chemicals or any instructions on where they left off. I went in to Ultra Modern and they were able to help me. The looked up in there system and was able to tell me what chemicals the previous owners had used. So I was able to continue to use the same thing. Shop local, I will always use ultra modern because of the great customer service they gave me.
