David removed the affected sheet rock and insulation, and cleaned the area of mold. Then equipment was brought in to clean the air and dry it all out before replacing the insulation and sheet rock 3 days later.

It has been necessary for us to use Servpro NE Wichita on two separate occasions for two very diverse issues, mold remediation and sewage cleanup when a sewer backed up. I called the second time as a result of a positive experience the first time. My second experience was ultimately as good as the first. The second experience happened in a rental property and the tenant simply raved about the result. So, I would say that speed, technology, qualified personnel, efficiency and know how are the key to resolution of these difficult and usually ugly situations. I cannot say enough about Momma Ro and the SERVPRO team! I had a major sewage / water situation at one of my rental properties and SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita saved the day!!! It was so bad that another well known company in town came and basically refused to even mess with it. SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita wasn't scared. They showed up quickly, gave an extremely fair price and got the job done.

The boss was out within 15 min of calling on a Saturday! Then the clrew was there that evening. Carson, Beabea, Grant and Dayton were very expediant and remediating the flood water. Dayton did an exceptional job with followup appointments. They were out daily to check on the drying progress. Great team!
