The crew did an excellent job painting our entire house. The crew was very detail oriented and if not sure about how we wanted something painted, they stopped and ask questions. Our house looks great now! Could not be more pleased with the job they did. Will use this company again to paint inside our house.

CertaPro did a great job. They were timely and efficient. There were a couple of issues that I noticed after the project was finished. They returned and corrected the items.The new paint looks good, and I am happy with the results.

CertaPro painted the exterior of our house recently. We were so impressed from start to finish. Ken, the owner, provided a quote for services soon after we requested one. CertaPro then provided a very helpful exterior paint expert to assist us in choosing our paint colors. The painting crew started a couple of weeks earlier than originally planned and finished the project within 3 days. Not only were the crew members kind and helpful, but their work was detailed and the final paint job looks fantastic. We would highly recommend CertaPro to anyone needing the exterior or interior of their house painted.

I met Ken and Staci at the Wichita Home Show in January, 2025. They followed up with a phone call the next week. Ken came to our home in Derby and sent me an estimate of both the interior and exterior painting that we needed done. After we approved the estimate for the interior painting, they followed by assigning us a painting crew. They told us this crew would finish the job in four days.
The crew -- Eva, Raoul, and Henry--arrived on time on Monday morning. They went right to work. They were careful and worked quickly and efficiently.
They were very courteous and cleaned up each evening. They completed the living room, kitchen, laundry room, pantry, three hallways, and stairwell to the basement by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
I would highly recommend Ken and his employees
for their excellent service and work.

CertaPro made our painting project so easy by quickly responding with a quote, scheduling start date, introducing the painter and submitting a timely bill. They did a fantastic job. The room looks great after Sheetrock repairs, priming and matching/applying the paint.

The paint crew were professional and we are very happy with the work they did. I took off one star because of the communication with the office was frustrating at times. However I would use this company again if I had a paint project.

They showed up everyday on-time and worked all day. They cleaned up any mess each day and completed the project in three and a half days. Great company to work with, we love our new look!!

We had a great experience with certa pro. They did a thorough and complete job. They were pleasant to work with and I appreciated the communication.

A heavy set older man came to our house to give us an estimate on having the wallpaper and paneling taken off our walls and then painted. There were three rooms we wanted done. He didn't
get past the first room. Everytime I tried to talk he would interrupt me. He grunted the whole time about how hard it was gonna be. He seemed like he didn't even want to take the job. I told him if he didn't think they could do it to just tells us because we already had several other people give us estimates. He raised his voice at me and said we can do it, it just might take a while and then people get PISSED at me because it cost more than they thought! My husband said you don't need to raise your voice at her. I said in so many words to get out of my house. We couldn't believe someone would be so disrespectful to us that we were trying to hire. And if anyone has any doubt of this happening, I have it on tape. I have surveillance cameras in my house.

Let me start by saying I may be the hardest person on Earth to please because I expect perfection. Ken Moldenhauer (owner) came out and gave me an estimate for the exterior work I needed completed on my home. That did include considerable cosmetic repair work and complete exterior painting of my entire home. Manuel and his crew had to fight Mother Nature (and me) but completed the work in less than a week. Staci Arnold however may be "the glue" that keeps this business humming. Staci came out and did a final "walk around" with me to resolve a minor issue I had discovered. CertaPro also has an amazing form that has to be signed by the customer after a final inspection by the customer and the on site job Forman (which was Manuel in this case). No signature, no payment. Amazing. This whole process was not perfect but thanks to Staci it deserves not only a 5 star rating but an enthusiastic recommendation. Staci truly cares.
