I recently had Groundworks complete a project at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Brent came out for a second consultation to ensure he fully understood the specific areas I wanted addressed and took the time to go over all of my concerns in detail. I really appreciated his thoroughness and commitment to getting everything right.

On installation day, Brent arrived with Jose, CJ, and Austin, and the crew was absolutely fantastic. They were professional, respectful, and incredibly tidy throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the new drainage system to me and walked me through how the warranty would work—especially helpful since I may sell the home in the future.

I’m extremely impressed with their customer service, workmanship, and communication. I highly recommend Groundworks and this team for anyone needing reliable foundation or drainage solutions.

Jose, William, and Jace showed up promptly and did a great job installing our sump pump. They salvaged what they could of the wall studs and paneling for re-use (as we requested) and cleaned up their work area very well. Jose walked us through what was done and how everything works at completion. We are very satisfied with their work.

Hi, Len and Magic and the other members of the team whose names escape me at the moment were the best. Len understood my past experiences with another local company that did such shoddy work and the stress of losing so much because of them and he was very empathetic to my situation and did everything possible to make this experience stress free. He told me what was going to be happening and brought me down a few times to show me and explain the process. He was very patient with my questions and his knowledge was very comforting to someone who didn't know anything about the whole process. He was also a very good leader of his team and they all worked so well together and they worked very hard. What a fine group of guys and I would recommend them to anyone and, God forbid, if I need more work I would request Len and his crew and would wait for his availability because he is that good. Please share what an asset he is with your company.

I had a great experience with the crew that waterproofed our basement storage room. Matthew, Bryce and Josh were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and left the area clean when they were done. I really appreciated their hard work and attention to detail—highly recommend this team!

Codi Martin was really great! He was very nice. He gave us a good description of needs to be repaired, a plan on how to fix it and an estimated cost with multiple payment options to choose from.

Discovering we needed major foundation work for our basement walls was overwhelming and stressful. We wanted to ensure we made the right decision for our home, and after our experience, we are so glad we chose Groundworks.

Here’s how the process went:
• Consulted a residential structural engineer for a professional, unbiased opinion.
• Met with four different foundation companies to compare recommendations and pricing.
• Chose Groundworks because they were clearly the most knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell us and had the most competitive pricing for the work offered.
• AJ visited us for the initial estimate—he was professional, friendly, and honest.
• Before work began, Wesley (the foreman) called us to explain the project in detail and patiently answer all our questions.
• On the service day, Wesley and Chase walked us through the work, confirming the plan and describing each step so we knew exactly what to expect.
• We were offered updates and photos throughout the day to keep us fully informed as the project progressed.
• After the work was complete, we did a final walkthrough to understand how the new support beams worked and to answer any remaining questions.
• Josh and Will, also crew members onsite, were friendly and tidy—when they left, our space was spotless.

Very little cleanup and this says a lot as it was a wet, muddy day. Thank you too for including us in the process, explaining along the way. I had been dreading this day, knowing the work ahead of us. Instead it turned into a very positive experience for us. Our home is now in much better shape which brings a great sense of relief.

Groundworks came out and reset one our foundation walls that was moving inward and secured another wall to prevent it from moving further inward.
We are VERY happy with the quality of the work, but especially impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, courteousness, and consciousness of Wesley, Kody and Chase. They were an outstanding team and went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one. Took the time to answer every question, showed us and explained in detail every step of the work, and cleaned up everything afterwards to bring our property back to as close as possible to the condition it was in before they arrived. While of course repairing our foundation.

Jose Ballin and his crew, CJ Boone and Austin Reper just completed work on my basement and did a great job. They were very courteous and knowledgeable, explained the process and always asked what questions I had.
