It started off great; they were friendly and reliable at the beginning of our multi-day project. However, nothing was written down during the walk through so some lights were installed that weren’t right. They claimed we said things that we didn’t. We were often blamed for their mistakes. The invoices we were given double charged us on some supplies. If they were putting in something that cost more than the item that was estimated they didn’t tell us until we were charged. Then they just quit showing up when they said they would without even contacting us. We won’t be using them anymore.

I am very pleased with everything that had to be done he was nice and professional and got the job done so thank you very much...I would recommend Elite Electric Company to my family and friends and anyone else needing electrical work done!!!!

Stephen, Luis, Larry and the rest of the Elite Electric team have been absolutely amazing to work with. Over the years as a residential GC, I've beennthrough nervous companies until I stumbled upon Elite for my own home. Not only are they incredibly FAIR priced, they are right in line with my business goals. That being the customer.

They communicate very well, work quickly and cleanly, don't try to upscale anything you don't need, milk their time on the job, charge you to run to the store because they forgot something. Whether a business owner or home owner, they bring their good energy to your home and truly make sure you're taken care of. I'll forever use Elite for my clients as well as my family and personal home!

Without question the most professional honest and dedicated group of guys I have ever had the pleasure working with. I'm always updated on progress and informed about any challenges. I used Elite for a full renovation of a loft and they were always active and on time. Their staff was well kept didn't stink or scare my children by how they presented themselves. They got the job done and returned to resolve a few small issues that were missed during the final walk thru. I had ZERO problems ZERO items turn up missing, ZERO times did they state they're coming and be late or not show up. I see no reason to ever utilize any other service provider. For the skeptical I am a "real" customer reply to this review and I'd be happy to speak with you regarding my experience.

Wonderful company to work with from start to finish. The bid process and scheduling was seamless. They communicate when tech is headed your way, and notify you when job is complete. I use Elite for work transactions, and recommend Elite to anyone needing electrical work done!

Great quality and great price! Elite Electric re-wired our entire house (we previously had old knob & tube wiring), and they did a fantastic job! They worked incredibly hard and got the job done fast. They were also by far the best price out of the many companies we got quotes from. We had such a great experience with Elite and highly recommend their services.

I used Elite to diagnose an electrical issue this summer. They narrowed down the issue quickly and recommended that I call my AC provider to complete the fix because the problem would be under warranty. This saved me time and money. These guys were amazing. We had a rough start, but when they were finally able to get started, they whipped out the work and with good quality in no time at all. The guys had a great sense of humor and would even serenade us when the right song came on.
We can actually see the difference between are black dyes versus our dark brown dyes, with the new LED lights. They look great.

After being here 11 years I have finally found my forever electrician...Book them, you won't be sorry !!

Adrian & Carson were very courteous and caring, even making absolutely sure we were satisfied with their work. Everything was explained in detail in a way we could understand including options for alternative upgrades and improvements. Stephen and his team are excellent to work with from start to finish. They make life easy with scheduling, estimates, show up at the scheduled time, etc. They have done tons of work for not only myself on my personal property, but also clients’ properties and rentals.

We always appreciate the professionalism of the sales representative and every one of the workers, their knowledge and high quality electrical work done by Elite! Today, Eric was excellent and shared well explained options for how to deal with an unexpected and hidden electrical issue caused by the former owners of our home. Highly recommend Elite!

UPDATE 9/11/24 - after posting this review, we had Elite out again to complete several smaller electrical projects and a massive communication failure occurred - involving the Administrative Assistant, workers who executed our job (their work was very good minus the dirty finger prints left on our walls), the Sales rep and even the owner who chose not have a conversation with my husband. IF you work with this company make sure you understand the estimate in full (words on the estimate don't necessarily represent the work for that line item) and confirm what is on the work order so there are no surprises at the end of the job (the electrician did not tell us that something we said was to get done was not on the work order and caused us an extra charge). Also - we had been a repeat customer (several times), but were not even informed they had changed their pay policy! Unfortunately for us - while they are good at the electrical work - due to not valuing their customer, we will not work with Elite again and do not recommend them! Customer beware. My husband made multiple efforts in contacting the Sales Rep and attempts to contact the owner to work through the issues, but they were unwilling to work through them. I had no desire to post a negative review, but feel compelled to warn others now.

They did a very good job. Had a issue and figured out how to solve it and got the job done . Made sure everything was how I wanted it before he left my house.
