Have used Belford Electric for home and business. This company is well ran, highly organized and the pricing is right in line with the industry. This is the only place I will use and highly recommend them.

The initial call took 10 days,(early June-22) they re-routed for the AC was ok. Walter said he'd get an estimate over the rest, it's been over a month, zero contact. They shy away from crawl spaces, trunk issues and just a disregard towards communication. Still no power to the back of the house/garage.

I have been impressed with Belford Electric and appreciate the hard work of John Belford (and Andy Robles). I would refer them to you with confidence. They have a great reputation formed over many years and have earned it.

I was almost in a wreck involving one of your work vans because the driver wanted to speed and follow people way too close. Please advise teaching your workers how to drive your vehicles if you’re gonna advertise on them.

Their driver literally tried to hit me in QT parking lot. I called and the company doesn’t care. They ‘talked’ to him. He still worked there. A week later I see same dude speeding and swerving on the highway. Probably the same dude that another reviewer mentioned.

Had an appointment time set for 4, had me wait nearly an hour, then he “wasn’t able to help with my problem”. Never coming back

It was very straight forward and simple. I called, spoke with the pleasant scheduler, talked to Curtis the next morning and the next day EJ came out.
My Generac had red warning lights on and EJ diagnosed and replaced a battery and cables. The important part was he noticed something not seen by me or two previous electrical companies I had used in the last 8 years, I had a sprinkler head, buried under a recent mow(I could not see it).
If capping the sprinkler head will prevent the corrosion occurring, well maybe my generator may last a few more years, with fewer tune ups needed. I’m impressed with this company.
