I called and asked if they sell RG11 cable in 75 feet and the man interrupted me to “nope” and hung up on me. I was stunned. I realize this small scale quantity but a “no, ma’am. Is there anything else I can help with?” Would have went better.

Graybar was extremely helpful in getting our electric supplies ready and out the door. The only complaint I have is they don't have prices posted for the (good selection) of klein tools kept behind the counter. I would've bought that 11-in-1 screwdriver, had the prices been posted.

Will give you a quote, but never actually do the work. Was waiting for 2.5 months to have electrical run to a shop I built, being strung along the whole time, told it would just be a few weeks. Finally the truth came out that I was getting pushed back for other bigger customers. And then they were blaming me for taking too long to respond to the quote they gave. I had 3 companies come out for quotes, the last of which took a very long time, cox-kent was the first to respond with a quote. They were neither the cheapest, not most expensive, but came highly recommended, so after the last company finally gave me a quote (which was admittedly about 45 days later, I don't recommend Graf electric either they took forever to send someone out and equally long to give a quote), I called and said I'd go with them. That recommendation was severely misplaced. They might do great work, but I never saw it, so I can't say if it's good or terrible. Their communication is terrible. When they push you back for bigger customers, they'll never tell you. You'll only hear when you call to try to get an update. And even then, it's just excuses. Needless to say I'll never recommend anyone even ask them for a quote much less to do any work.

These guys are awesome and our work was not easy. They know how to do things right the first go-around - and teamwork is impressive. Speed and quality are rare, and they've got it: a sign PSE leadership is solid. Super happy.

Dangerous men driving their trucks, they want to risk peoples lives instead of driving normally. The entitlement is disgusting.
