They did not show up for the scheduled appointment, did not call to inform us of a schedule change, did not answer their phone when we called to inquire about the arrival status of their technician. Totally unprofessional behavior!!!

Don't let the other 5 stars fool you. Those customers don't know what goes on behind the scenes of this company. Ask any other electrician in town about apple electric and they will tell you to not use them because they have to fix what apple electric left behind! If you want it done cheap then by all means go to apple electric but you get what you pay for!

Tony works with Apple Electrical company in Wichita kansas on North Broadway. Great guy and he did a great job. There was a list of things to do and Tony did all that was on the list. Any questions.I had he answered them and in a manner that I could understand.

Fantastic company, and made our remodel that much smoother. The entire team was professional, competent, kind, and worked hard to make sure that all of our needs were taken care of. We would highly recommend their services!

Guys came, looked at project, left to gather parts and eat lunch. Ok, no problem. Returned and then left again to fix a lamp down the street. Really? Came back, couldn't finish job, left us with electricity in half of the house for the weekend and said they'd be back Monday. Unfortunately, they didn't inform the office so the return visit was not on the schedule when one of them was out for a family emergency. Whatever, smells like BS. Some work accomplished late Monday then job finished late Tuesday. They knew it was a large job, but didn't plan well. Expensive and we had to repair the holes they cut in the walls. Will never use this company again and don't recommend.
