After you worked on my Briggs & Stratton home generator about a year age, I have not had any problems with the unit. You stated that you never worked on a B & S unit before. The unit comes on weekly and does not use any oil. Matter of fact, the oil is still as clear as the day you added it. I would recommend your service to anyone that needs their generator worked on. Polite and courteous service and prompt.

Some of my lights went out so I called Electricraft. Joel, the owner, got me on their schedule right away. The electrician, Julian, came by to check things out. He was on time for the appointment, which was amazing since other services often keep you waiting. We got it all figured out and it was a relief to have things up and working again. They were very polite and went out of their way to make sure everything was right. I’ll definitely call them next time I’m in a pinch!

I called ElectriCraft to have an electrician come to our house to address some issues that showed up on our home inspection. Julian showed up just a few hours after I placed the call to request service, which was greatly appreciated as we were on a time crunch. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He addressed all of the concerns that the buyers requested we fix and even found another issue that the inspector didn't catch. It only took 2 hours and the price was very reasonable! I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and would definitely recommend!

I've had Julian from ElectriCraft out several times since starting the restoration of my 1910 Bungalow. He has done nothing but excellent work and knows a lot of the how they "used to do things" back in the day. Joel and his crew are excellent, and my father has been using them for years! Joel helped me trouble shoot an error code on a Kohler generator and was very knowledgeable. When we lost power last week from the storm, Kathy got us scheduled for next day service to ensure the generator would continue running uninterrupted while the power was out. Thanks Again!

Electricraft was able to come out the day after I phoned. Kathy set up the appointment and was professional and helpful. Nell, the electrician who came out, was on time and professional. He not only fixed the problem, he pointed out that there were unprotected wires that should be in a coupler. I appreciated his attention to detail, as well as his ability to look at the big picture. We had Jimmy and Ben install 4 more wafer lights in our basement, a light under the stairs in storage area and install a GFCI on the wet bar. They were very professional and did a great job. They worked very fast and cleaned up the mess too. Kathy at the office was very professional and friendly as well. If you want a job done right definitely give them a call.

When Jimmy came to estimate the cost of extending power to a new shed he showed a strong interest in what my requirements were. He asked questions and offered options that would fulfill my needs and save me money. I called and scheduled the job a day later. He and his crew arrived and started on time. He made sure I understood what was being done and kept me informed of his progress. When there was more than one way to route wires and place outlets he offered me options and made suggestions.
The installation was excellent. Damage to the yard was kept to a minimum. The trench for the conduit was backfilled. All the work areas were cleaned up. Everything works perfectly. All done on time and on budget. The city inspection was almost a formality. I couldn't ask for a better electrician. I will definitely call ElectriCraft for the next work I need done.

The team was great. They communicated starting with at ETA of 20 minutes through the entire process and worked through everything I needed completed. The temps outside were in the single digits but that didn't slow or stop them from getting through it all. They worked in the uninsulated attic, the basement and all the spots in between. The company helped me to come up with a plan to get the large job split into smaller budget items that I could schedule out and mark off so I felt like I was progressing.
