Once again Graf Electric came out to our home and serviced our electric situation . They’re always professional.

They installed the Generac generator in s very timely manner. Very good work and you can ask questions any time.

Nick W. was on time, explained how he will progress through the day, and finished earlier than expected! He cleaned up the areas afterward too! Very professional and friendly. Would use again.

Had another company install a generator switch for me before they went out of business. I found out it would not work at all when Westar turned off the power to do maintenance in the area. GRAF found the miss wiring in the panel and corrected in just a few minutes.

Sean Cherry was our technician on this project (fixing 2 outlets). He arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem and made repair inside 40 minutes. Highly recommend.

I added lantern lights on both sides of my garage where there is brick and he had to re-wire. He did a very nice job, even mudding the sheet rock he removed to access wires. Very professional and no issues whatsoever.

Main power fuses in breaker box began shorting out. Craig showed up within 2 hours of my call, earlier than I'd been told, which was super! Not only did he change out the fuse he found the source of the problem, a leaking ice maker water line and shut it off so we could get a new line installed. Very friendly and professional didn't even mind me asking if he'd been vaccinated for Covid ( he was 🙂) and offered to mask up.

Appointment was for 830 or nine text showed up a little after 10, he didn’t seem to understand what he needed to do, I asked him to leave since he said he would have to go look at the bid. I called the office and talk to the owner who said he would get back in touch with me, the estimator got in touch with me but left a message, I called the estimator back and told him what happened he said the technician was in the middle of doing something when I interrupted him, I told him that wasn’t true and I had video, he became upset and said he didn’t want to do the job!

I am very pleased with the work that Graf Electric’s recognition preformed. He traced down a dead circuit and Repaired a gfi in-line breaker. He was on time and diagnosed the problem right away. I will use Graf Electric for all of my electric lessons issue in the future.

We needed a 240 outlet installed for an electric vehicle. Graf was the most reasonable quote of the several quotes I received, and they were prompt and professional. Definitely recommend.

In 2016 we had kitchen lighting installed, and the lights didn't perform as promised. The 7 recessed cans eventually burnt out one by one, and each time Graf allowed me to come by and pick up a new light, free of charge. I appreciate their efforts to stand behind their products and will use them for any future electrical needs.

Graf Electric replaced and upgraded our wired in smoke detectors. Replaced the MB exhaust fan/light unit, repaired the closet light, and replaced the light over the kitchen sink with a LED light. We were very pleased with the work and the electrician worked quickly and was very pleasant.

Very positive experience, highly recommend. They really listened to what we were wanting and the finished product is better than we had hoped for. Relocation of a chandelier and installation of 4 recessed lights in our dining room has totally transformed the area from a dark part of the house into a room we want to spend time in. Addition of lights and outlets in the basement bonus room is perfect! Thank you!
