Graf Electric installed a new security floodlight and camera fixture for us on the outside of our garage. They went into our hot, dusty attic and did all the work necessary to place a new electric outlet where it was needed and then to install the Floodlights. They also installed an electrical outlet in our stairwell. We are adding a piece of art which requires power. Since it is on a stairway we didn't want anyone to possibly trip on cords so they installed a recessed electrical outlet. It looks great and should prevent any accidents in the future. They did great work. They explained everything. They were efficient.

We called Graf Electric and they came out the same day. Michael was quick to diagnose the problem and had the repair parts in his van. The service was fast and friendly just the way we like it. I will call Graf Electric the next time I have an electrical need. Good folks.

Jeff from Graf was timely with bid and install of generator. I asked for turn key and was treated like to fast, efficient, grade a workmanship. The electrician Dione was great, answered all my questions and did a fabulous, clean and quick install. Then he ran through operation and setup, tested the system ( which operated flawlessly). If I need any electrical work in the future it will be Graf, and hope I get Dione Again. Thank you Graf Electric, thank you Jeff and Dione!!

We set up an appointment for an outlet to get replaced. Once our electrician arrived he found out within 30minutes that it wouldn’t be possible. He removed our bathroom mirror to trace wire and left damage in our paint. No big deal but, once he realized there wasn’t anything he could do he said he said the project would be much more expansive than what we had planned and we would need an estimate on another day. The company never reached out to us. We called them multiple times for a follow up but our electrician was always busy and they couldn’t help us or even tell us what we owed. We let them know we would be seeking out a different company since they never followed up with us. Weeks later we received a Bill for $150. For literally nothing. The invoice even said there was nothing done and they would set up another time to do an estimate. Still they charged us $150.

I strongly recommend you find a different company.

EDIT: Graf followed up with us to correct this situation. They waived our fee and offered to set up an estimate. I appreciate the correction and have edited my review and changed to an 3 star review to reflect it.

Graf has done work for us for several years. We can always depend on them to get out here as quickly as they can, to do the job right, and to follow up with a personal phone call to make sure we’re satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.

We use Graf Electric both inside and outside our house because they are the best. Our lighting projects have been somewhat complex and large (at least for a man in his 70s). We included Graf in the planning stage, with their estimator helping figure out what can and cannot be done. The installer showed up on time and completed the job easily, in spite of having to occasionally having to improvise.

Graf Electric was so great to work with! We needed them to do an install for our new car and they were very delendable. Tom kept me up to date on everything that was going on. He was very prompt with his quote and also let me know every step while he was figuring out our white and what needed to be done all while trying to do what was best for us and keeping our cost down. Craig came to do the insamtakk and was very professional. He got the job done in a timely manner and did an excellent job. I give them 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician. We will definitely use them for all our needs in the future!!

We ordered some work done with Graf. Craig came as scheduled and had it done in 2 days which is what they told us it would be. He was neat and clean and did the job in a professional manner. The final bill was a bit less than the estimate. We were very pleased with the work.

I initially called Lindsay at Graf Electric to schedule a home backup generator repair. They unfortunately were not authorized to work on our size of generator, but Lindsay went above and beyond by contacting the generator manufacturer (even waiting on hold for half an hour!) to get us connected to the repair service we needed, even when Graf Electric could not provide the service to us themselves. We later scheduled to have an electrician from Graf Electric come out to troubleshoot and repair a ceiling fan light fixture. Electrician Craig was punctual, professional, courteous, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. I highly recommend Graf Electric!

Was able to schedule an appointment to install a 14-50 outlet in my garage quickly after being quoted two options. Quote was clear and concise allowing me to pick the best option for my situation. Install was completed professionally, timely and as quoted. The electrician that did the installation was very courteous. Would definitely recommend Graf Electric and use them for future projects.

Nick did a great job installing a ceiling fan in our home that enhanced our living room immensely. I highly recommend Graf electric.

Our service by Rick of Graf Electric was excellent. His work to run a 240v line across from one side of our basement across the attic to the garage and installing an electric car charger was flawless. No dust was left behind and everything looks and works perfectly. Two thumbs up!

Extremely happy with Graf Electric! Very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Living in an older home, there was plenty of questionable electric work that needed correcting and Graf offered intuitive solutions at a reasonable cost! I appreciated that they never tried to upsell me on additional projects. I am very satisfied with the work I had done at my house and would definitely use them for all future projects.

Rick did a great job of installing a pico and caseta system for us to divide up lights in a large room. This was a better outcome than it would have been had I gone for a 3 way switch that I was considering. Kudos to him for a great suggestion!

We had an excellent experience with Graf Electric! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick, all while being very affordable. We had our electrical panel replaced and the service to our house moved to pass the city inspection. Our electrician, Rick, was fantastic—he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He even went above and beyond by cleaning up after himself and installing a few receptacles to bring them up to code. We couldn’t be happier with the work Graf Electric did and will definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommend!

I purchased a Generac Whole House Home Generator from Graf Electric a little over a year ago which included a multi year warranty. Graf was out to provide the annual service a couple of weeks ago and found that a controller needs to be replaced. Graf advised that the controller is covered under the warranty.
However, Graf advised me that they no longer do warranty work for Generac and advised me to call one of two other companies to provide the warranty work. When I called one of their recommendations, I was advised that if I did not purchase the generator from them they would have to charge me a fee of $250 to come out to perform the warranty work,
Graf represented to me that I was purchasing a generator with a full warranty. I paid a very significant amount for this generator and the installation for which I’m sure was a profitable job. Yet, Graf made the decision to discontinue warranty work and leave me hanging without recourse except to pay.
Graf is not going to pay for the service fee and I am left to pay for it myself. In addition, I’m left to arrange service myself. I strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with this company and their personnel who does not live up to their commitments.
I saw the reply wherein I was told to contact Generac to find a party that would do the warranty work without charging me a fee. Funny, it was a Graf Electric employee who sent me an email telling me who I could contact for the warranty work.
Like I've explained, Graf left me hanging. They should have been the one to coordinate the warranty work since they sold me the generator with the warranty and performed the annual service work for a healthy charge.
