They came out quickly on a bit of an unusual conduit job in our yard. Very quick to figure out what needed to be done and great work. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things! The person I talked to on the phone was super understanding and moved to heaven and earth to get us help on the weekend. Then, Jose, the electrician, who did our work, did an amazing job, and worked extremely quickly and efficiently to get us up and running in just a couple of hours. I would highly recommend ESI to anyone needing electrical services.

Would not ever, ever call this company again. They charged $75 for a service call..okay, reasonable...however, they tacked on "travel time" ...apparently they charge you for the fact the "tech" is coming from a previous job. Also, the "tech" wasn't all that sharp......never, again.

This is the 4th time I have used Decker. Always been very happy with their service. Good communications and easy to set up a convenient appointments. Thanks so much.

Repair light switch, that sometimes makes a crackling noise. ( I have been told this is a fire hazard.) Decker replaced the switch. A short while later I'm still sometime heating a crackling noise. I call Decker, I am told someone will get back with me. They did not, so after sitting through the weekend wondering if my house could catch on fire, I called another electrician. They replaced the switch. They said they could not say for sure if the switch had already been replaced. I called Decker to talk about this. The man I talked to was awful, he was concerned about defending and clearing himself. I worked a service job for 30 years, if I had communicated with a customer the way this man did to me I would have been fired. The switch is working find now, no noise. ( after the 2nd electrical company replaced it. ) Problem I had to pay 2 electricians.

They did a really fantastic job running some CAT6 lines at an office building I do IT for, Matt was especially helpful and communicated really well with me, the panel install was incredibly clean

Well my electrician put in a new fuse box which was larger than the one that was there.So without saying anything cut a section from a wall stud which caused the wall some damage that im left to repair. A hole above the box from the saw going to far and stud staples sticking out of the dry wall plus it shook the dry wall enough to separate it from a door jam near by. Thats why i only give a 4 star rating. But i still think they are a good company its the first time we ever had a problem,just wish i could have sent them the email it wont go through,and wish i knew how to fix the door jam problem,the rest is simple.

I'm giving 1 star no for the work itself if not for the charges. I live east of Leon- ks that is 2 hr coming and going back to Wichita. And they charge me $85 for the trip per hr + $25 of trip charges( that is for gas) . so I end paying almost $200 only for the trip. This was the most expensive bill that I never imagined I would pay. I'm never more going to call them by sure. The service that I needed was connect the outlet to the wall for my A/C. It took like 15minutes work. I'm so sorry and at the same time happy because I have my A/c working.

Sorry to give just one star, but I have to.
I requested for a service on July 9, 2021. First of all, the technician went to the wrong address, not a problem at all if it wasn’t that he charged us for this time lost ($95/h)
Second of all, he worked slower than a sloth, wasting a lot of time. I had similar jobs done by another electrician (unfortunately unavailable) who took a third of the time.
Third, he installed a ceiling fan. The fan was working. “And the lights?”, asked my wife. They were not connected. Other time wasted.
But the thing that made us really disappointed was when I tried to change the bulbs of a bathroom vanity light fixture installed on a bathroom wall, the bulbs were screwed-in so tight that the bulb holders started to rotate and the glass shattered in my hand almost cutting myself. It has been impossible to unscrew them not even with a wrench. Also the light is not well secured on the wall, it’s loose and it moves. We sent a message on the website contact form asking to fix this issue, but we haven’t heard since. We’ll have to call another contractor to uninstall this light and see what happens.

Eldon came this morning to help with my kitchen outlets. He is awesome! He called before he came, diagnosed the problem immediately and had it tested and fixed on time. Great experience. Thank you Eldon!

This company was WONDERFUL. The office staff was really on top of things and readily answered any questions I had. They were prompt, effificient and very professional in their installation. I will use them again any time I need electric work done!

I needed a repair done quickly and Decker was there the next day! They were able to quickly find the problem and fix it right away. I would highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable and courteous!

These guys are the goto in Wichita. On time, professional, reasonably priced. Got my power issues fixed in under 2 hours. They're electrician Eldon is super courteous and helpful.

I was impressed by how hard Eldon Chance worked to find the irrigation lines before starting to trench, and how he kept me informed all day as to what was happening. I will definitely use Decker again.

I called after lunch they said they were booked but could do after hours at 4:30 I agreed. BUT Marcus freed up early & they sent him over right away. He was done before 4:30pm so no extra charge.!! Decker’s & Marcus were great!!
