They were awesome. Had our outside meter blow and we had no power nothing. We called them and they were out quickly. They got us heat for the night and were back the next morning to replace the meter, fuse box and some other things. Very prompt, professional and very friendly. They worked quickly to get it done. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I was more than happy with the outstanding service technician that they sent to my home to repair my doorbell wiring. I had used another company who was not doing the job correctly unfortunately I did not call Decker first. I highly suggest you call Decker first they’re outstanding service people do an outstanding job and clean up after the mess unlike the other company that I started with don’t make the mistake that I made call Decker first.

Man, wanted to give a quick shout out to Decker Electric. Have had these guys out to both my business and recently out to the house to button a few things up for me and get a couple outlets in for me. Showed up on time, cleaned after themselves throughout, did great work and when I got the bill, it was well within reason. Give them a shout if you need anything done, they can do it all!

Cannot recommendation Eldon with Decker Electric enough! He came to our house within the time scheduled and was very professional. He listened to all my concerns and promptly went to work on fixing our electric issue. He was very knowledgable and explained what he was doing. Very happy with the work done!

John did a great job! Arrived here right when the estimated time for job was and even with poor DIY wiring the previous owner did, he was able to identify the problem quickly and get us back up and running in a timely manner. Answered all questions professional and had a good personality. Highly recommend.

I've used Decker in the past and was very satisfied with their service and professionalism. I had an urgent matter come up over Memorial Day weekend and needed assistance. Decker was the only company available and offering service over the holiday weekend. They promptly called to inform me they were running behind due to circumstances out of their control. Ten minutes later a manager from Decker called me to apologize for the delay. He asked me about the electrical issues I was having. He walked me through some steps I could take to resolve my issue. He was extremely professional and very helpful. I was able to correct my problem without a technician coming to my house. If you are in need of an electrician I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DECKER. They are the only company I will use in the future!!

We have used Decker Electric for our electrical needs for the last 20 plus years. They do a great job and can install things quickly. We had Rob from Decker install some outdoor lighting and timer light switches, and we would definitely recommend him.

It was a pleasure doing business with Decker. Eldon Chance went above and beyond to get the work done. We are selling our house and just got the inspection report the day before he came for previously scheduled work. I asked about some additional items that were on the report and he was able to get them done today. That was extremely helpful. And, best of all Eldon was just so friendly and professional. He is a great representative of Decker electric.

I called Decker for some work because the last time I had them out (which was 3 years ago) the technician was professional, honest and fair. So despite their reviews I decided to go with them again.

I called the office to get a quote for the work I needed. 7 outlets replaced and the exhaust fan in my bathroom. The girl I spoke with quoted me $100.00 an hour including travel time plus materials. I confirmed the price and scheduled. She asked if I would have my own materials and I told her I don't but I could if I knew what to buy and she said the electrician would call me in a couple days to answer any questions. The only call I got was the morning of that they were on the way.

Ronald called at 8:28am to say he was on the way. He and his apprentice showed up and asked what needed to be done. I went over the work again since I guess they weren't informed and they started. Ronald had to keep stopping to show/instruct his apprentice what to do. About half way thru he informed me that they needed parts and they had to go to the store. They were both gone for almost an hour because they didn't come prepared for the work. Ronald "rebuilt" the exhaust fan motor instead of just replacing it like I asked and ended up installing 9 outlets instead of 7, which was required. They left at 11:43am and said they would bill me. 3 hours and 15 minutes of work, an hour of which they were gone to get supplies.

When I got the bill I was charged $100.00/hour for Ronald and $65.00 an hour for the apprentice plus materials for 4 hours of work. No one ever informed me that I would be charged that extra $65.00 an hour and I would not have agreed to it as I can't afford it. I was quoted $100 an hour period. That price covers however many electricians they decide to send out.

I tried calling their office and asked for either billing or the manager and the girl that answered the phone was giggling with another girl in the background and they hung up on me. When I called back they giggled and hung up again. I tried emailing them at the email on the bill and it was blocked. I resorted to writing them a letter and sending a check for 3 hours of work at $100.00/hour plus materials and that's all they will get.

Decker did and excellent job with fixing my camera problems. Kris and Dennis were phenomenal. Did a good job communicating, most of all there were honest and did what they said they were going to do. I think I had and emergency and they responded to my problem. They are the bomb!!!!! Trust these guys. Thanks Decker Electric.

There was a scheduling change and I was not notified. I had to call to see what happened. The service man, while nice, blew a breaker in my business while here and that was an issue since the breaker box is not in the suite. I understand it was unintentional but..... He told me that he thought I would not be charged. However I was. My first experience with Decker was not great, nor good.

Mason is great to work with. He responded to a work request from Angie’s list at list 3 days early than anyone else. He showed up when he committed and listen to the technical specifications I wanted to setup installing solar inverters. I setup a fair proposal and committed to a time and for the job done right and in compliance with NEC code. I have had no issues for a month after the work and would look to him again for any electrical job I need and couldn’t do myself!!!

They actually have a plumbing division also. I called Brad and it was an EXCELLENT experience. He showed up on time, worked diligently to fix the problem, gave me information to prevent that and other future problems, and the final bill was lower than every other plumber I called. Thanks!

Lost business before estimate. Need better scheduling and follow up.

Scheduled an estimate in between 2 and 4 PM on a Friday. Finally received call at 5P stating they kept having problems with the job they were currently on and would not be able to make it but would be out first thing on Saturday. I assured Patrick that I would be at the house all morning long. I did miss a call from Patrick at 9A and called back fairly soon afterwards. He stated he was at the shop and needed to do some work there (priority?) and would call back. Again I stated I would be around for the AM and early afternoon. At 6:30P still no follow up. Poor customer service and apparent lack of priority for new work means I won’t do business with him after wasting many hours waiting.

When we contacted 3D Electric, they were a very new business. Pat, their owner, was very friendly and came to our home in a hurry. He gave our family a reasonable quote, and when we agreed, immediately went to work. When he said that our breaker box was a fire hazard, we thought our electricity would be out for most of the day, but he was able to change it out and get our electricity back up within a few hours. We were very surprised at Pat's conservative price, as many other companies quoted much, much higher than he did.

His punctual arrival, his conservative prices, and his timely work all impressed my family. I will definitely use 3D Electric again! I have no doubt in my mind that my home is safe when 3D Electric is on the job.
