Came out July 3rd to replace a bare wire from my panel to my outside AC box which had us without any AC ☹️. Gentleman worked quickly and had our AC back on within a few hrs. Thank goodness they had crews working on July 3, all other electricians I called were closed for the holiday.

Beware, make sure you know what the charges will be! We will not call this company again. The work done was fine. However, the electrician had to look for a part and we were charged for his travel time. He actually worked about and hour but we were charged for 2 1/2 hours! Not happy!

Will defiantly use again. Cameron was our electrician was knowledgeable and willing to work on our additional issues with a smile. We had much going on with grandchildren and dogs... Cameron was a joy to have in our home. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Eldon came by to help me with a complicated project that I had started by myself. I had really messed things up trying to swap out regular switches with smart z-wave switches. Once he arrived on the job, he quickly diagnosed the problem, was extremely patient, and addressed all of my concerns. I will definitely use Decker Electric again.

Have used Decker electric for many years. Always pleased with their work. Not only do they do the job with professionalism and efficiency, they will go over and beyond. I recommend them to anyone that needs work done!

We just had one of your electricians out and I'm kicking myself for not asking his name! He was seriously the nicest and new exactly what he was talking about. Very professional and explained to us what was wrong with our commercial kitchen equipment. Will definitely use again...but hopefully not! 😊

Cameron Motter is extremely friendly and professional! He patiently educated us when we had questions about our fixtures and volunteered to install our light bulbs on our tall ceilings. I would recommend Decker Electric 100%

We are very pleased with the service we received. Gary was very informative and professional. I appreciated how well they communicated. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after the installation and everything looks great. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again.

Their tech informed me that the light fixtures I had purchased wouldn't work in the area that I wanted them. He gave me 2 different scenarios that would work, then suggested the cheaper one would be the way to go, and the easiest to do. Sure was better than paying $450 for the fixtures when his bill was $250!

When I called the scheduler was very professional, informative, and nice. Jonathan, my electrician, was efficient and very friendly. They were upfront and honest with their rates and fast we’re able to get to my house quicker than 3 other companies that I called. I would recommend anyone looking for electrical work to call.

My service electrician Eldon Chance was terrific. He completed three projects for me quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased and will definitely use Decker again when needed in the future.

This company has been awesome to work with. They've been very reasonable and never tried to rip me off just because I'm not an electrician. Upgraded my panel to 200Amps, many routine calls, just to name 2, Dave and James will do you right every time.

Called a different company first, no answer, left a message, no call back. Called this company and they answered the phone, put me on the schedule a few days out. An hour later they called back - had a cancelation and were ready to come out if it worked for me. They had the job done within 3 hrs of my initial call. I believe the electrician's name was Matt - to my knowledge he couldn't have done a better job. Went above and beyond, and was conscientious of the time; very kind and helpful. Thank you!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used Decker now. Have always been very pleased with their work. They're professional in about every way possible right down to cleaning up after themselves each day. Very pleased.

I needed to have quite a bit of electrical work done to a house I was selling to bring it up to code, and I needed it done in a very short time frame. Decker Electric went out of their way to make this happen. Gary was very professional and informative with the estimate and Jonathan did an awesome job with the repairs. Came and looked around my house for a bit and said he didn't know what was wrong. Then said he didn't have the tool needed to fix what he didn't know was wrong. Said he would be back the following Tuesday. No show on Tuesday, didn't answer my calls. 3 weeks later I get a call saying they'd like to come back out and finish. By then I had already had another electrician come fix the problem. Now a month later from when they first showed up they are charging me an outrageous amount for doing nothing to fix my problem.

Decker has always provided great service to us and today was no different. Eldon Chance left absolutely no stone unturned in his quest to identify our underlying problem and was extremely personable and great to work with. I would highly recommend Eldon and Decker Electric.

Maybe it sounds corny, but besides getting the electricity back on in a timely manner, I appreciate that you were obviously aware of not tracking dirt into the house and keeping the door closed as you came in and out of the basement. Did you even take a lunch break????
