The review below from Burgandi Kysar is missing a few vital facts. I am the tenant that was renting a townhouse from Mrs. Kysar. She took 2 months to call a professional, after having others try to fix it. Nave Electric saved me from a possible electrical fire due to the wiring being done incorrectly. He recommended that all of the electric be looked at and did Mrs. Kysar a favor by doing the job even though she does not live in the state that the townhouse is located. She paid a portion of the bill and said she would send the rest (which she still refuses to do). I moved out when she refused to repair the air conditioning.

So take her review with this additional information in mind. I found Nave Electric to be very professional and honest. He did a great job and I am very thankful.

They're crooks... They say they give free estimates but instead they charged me $45 as a service call + $160 2hr min charge & I never even authorized them to complete the work. In fact they never even gave me an estimate of the work ever. Not to mention parts. On top of all that when I expressed surprise at the bill they were rude to me. I will NOT be using them again or recommend them!

UPDATE: the problem that they supposedly fixed (two outlets that weren't working) quite working a few weeks after they came out. And now they are threatening me because I refused to pay the outrageous & erroneous bill they sent me.

DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE CROOKS!

Update! They are now trying to call ME the liar even tho their web page CLEARLY states free estimates, not specifying trouble shooting as an exception, which is probably half their clients.

I had lost power to half my home. I had been struggling to get power running for a little over a week. I had called other places, that could not get me on schedule and another that had strung me along for a week. Something told me to keep calling places. Then I found Nave Electric. It was a friday afternoon. He was already busy said he would call after 4, and he did! And he came to my home friday evening. When others was calling it quits for the weekend, this man came to my home and checked it and before I knew it, I had power again. He was affordable, fair, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them again for any of my electrical needs. I highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed. I cant thank Nave Electric enough.

I have used Nave Electric for two different electrical jobs. Both times Todd was timely, professional and performed the tasks in a responsible manner. He is knowledgeable, personable and his rates are fair. Based on our experience I can recommend him without reservation to anyone needing electrical service.

Todd came to our house, on an emergency call found and fixed the problem. He didn't seem rushed, very friendly and walked us through what he found and fixed. I can't recommend Nave Electric enough! The only electrician I would recommend!

Incredible experience with Todd! Best price, too. About half the price of the other bigger companies in town. Came out after hours and got my new oven installed effortlessly. He took extra steps to check out the integrity of other electrical areas and went above and beyond with installation. So friendly, professional, and just a pleasant man to work with. Will definitely call back for future work.
