We had Snow White come over to remove some pet odors from a few places in our house and coincidently had wet carpet from a water leak the day they showed up. They got us in touch with a water restoration company that did amazing work! Snow White did an AWESOME job cleaning the carpets and have great customer service. We are so thankful for them and with 5 kids and 5 pets, will definitely be using in the future!

Snow White Carpet Cleaning made old used carpet at my mother’s estate look livable again 2-27-24). Jake & Hugo were very professional, courteous & knowledgeable.
I appreciated the little extras. Ceiling fan turned on, carpet slippers handed to me so I could close window shades in p.m. with “BE CAREFUL” fall precautions, & let me know expected drying time.
Office was very sweet & understanding with scheduling & cleaning needs.

Sierra scheduled the appointment for me, answered all of my questions, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Also, the price was very reasonable. This was an all around great experience. Snow White does fantastic work! They not only cleaned the carpets beautifully, but they also cleaned one of my sofas quickly and effectively. Snow White provided by far the best service we'd ever received in carpet cleaning. After five months of caring for a terminally ill dog, the best, most wonderful little girl in the whole world, and leaving some messes on our carpet in four rooms, we expected to have to get new carpet. The Snow White service tech was on time, was friendly and explained how he would clean the carpet. He did it all in two hours and left us with an unbelievably fresh, clean carpet. We were thrilled! It looked like new carpet! We couldn't believe it! We could not be happier with the excellent work and service and Show White will have all of our business in the future. Snow White Carpet Cleaning is hands down the best! I really wish we would have used them sooner because our carpets look so much better and also smell great! The guys who cleaned them worked very hard to get them that way and were so friendly! I wish I would have taken before and after pics because it is such a drastic change.

Hugo and helper came on time, assessed the stain, spent under an hour lifting it into steam rinse oblivion, and our nearly new carpet was restored once it was dry. Job well done and within the stated budget. Amazers.so happy we asked for a quote to clean our basement carpet.
You should Give Sierra a call, she arranges and schedules and steers the carpet cleaning broncos where they need to go. Great communication too. Listen to what they tell you and let them work their magic.

I’ve used Snow White Carpet Cleaning on several occasions. Sierra is a wonderful customer service rep (she called to make sure we were happy) and Hugo and Ethan did a great job on our carpets. A day later they are soft and super clean. Not bad for 21 year-old carpets! Both techs went out of their way to address our concerns and even came in under bid! Thank you, all.

I have used Snow White a number of times before, but it has been six or seven years since my last interaction with them. As usual, they did not disappoint. Hugo and his crew were most professional and nice, they efficiently cleaned our carpets, and they thoroughly understood that each carpet needed a different treatment. I continue to be pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with our experience at Snow White. We had 4 rugs soiled by our elderly dog cleaned. Jeremy picked them up promptly, answered my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable, so I felt confident they’d come back good as new. Instead, they were returned still smelling strongly of urine, covered in dog hair, and one rug didn’t come back for several weeks. Annika suggested the odor might be glue since they’d been stored in our garage, but it was definitely dog urine. She scheduled Jeremy to visit on July 2nd to see if more could be done, but he never showed, and I heard nothing further—only a $730 bill by email. I paid it just to end the ordeal, as it was clear there’d be no effort to fix the problem.

Had some carpeted areas in our Church that were in rough shape. Snow White was quick to come and give a bid. We went with them and were very happy with the results. Very courteous and professional. Before and After pictures say it all.
