We hired Stanley Steemer to come into one of our rental houses to just clean the stairs. We added an additional cleaning because there where pets in the house. The house was empty so I gave them the code to the lock box. They let me know when they got there. When the property manager went by we found that the carpets where not even wet and there was no difference. The smell was still bad. We had already paid for service. I called them back and they sent someone out again the next day. This time it was done but I still feel lied too! I was surprised no one from Stanley reached out!!

I would not give these people your business. They canceled 15 mins before arrival because it was too cold. I called 2 other companies that are out working. Just poor business when you have everything moved for them.

Two guys came in to clean the carpet. Did not put in any effort pretreating any stained areas. One guy kept spraying and the other guy kept vaccuming. They were done within an hour or about an hour. spoke to their manager ended up paying 50 percent of what was quoted (205 dollars for 1 hour or less work) I need that kind of job that pays 205 dollars for an hour. Did not do a final walk through because i was talking with their manager. When they left I took a walk to find out all sort of reidues and bunch of hair laying around. Took some pictures called the manager back to address the issue. The manager named MIKE was like I already charged you and gave you 50 percent off I cannot do anything and you dont need to send me these pictures. I told him alright I will post it on google and you can take a look then. Very bad experience save your money and just buy products from home depot or something and do it your self. It will be way better and you will save yourself the stress of dealing with non courteous people. I usually take off the review if the management adresses the issue. Dont like hurting any body's business but if you hurt your customers then I cant help but to post stuff like this. Negative 5 stars

Not sure if it’s worth the price, but I also have small rooms. I have 2 cats and there was clumps of hair in places. Not a biggie. I completely understand that battle. The deodorizer was not worth it. I thought it would be incorporated into the cleaning but it’s just topically sprayed. The guys who came out were very nice and professional but they also took a bottle of Macallan scotch, so I’d take pictures of loose items just in case.

I want to share how Kevin and Toby did a great job on cleaning our carpets. Very friendly, weren’t pushy, were very polite was beyond elated with the job these guys did.

Tim and his partner did an AMAZING JOB on my carpets. I honestly thought I was going to have to have them replaced, and they made it look new! They even pulled dried butter stains out! Additionally, it was only $200 to drive two hours and clean them! Thanks so much, guys!!!

We used Stanley Steamer recently. I have never had carpet cleaned that they didn't vacuum first. They did not vacuum first. We had the full treatment. The treatment that is supposed to stop odors, and the treatment to keep it from needing cleaned so soon. So for all this, the no vacuuming, the other 2 treatments, they weren't here an hour. All done. $700+. I agree with and earlier review. If you are able, buy a good carpet cleaner, and do it yourself.

Miguel, made my carpets look like a miracle! Never thought these spots would come out! I am inenjoying the room with my beautiful carpet. Back to my favorite room! We needed SERIOUS help with our hardwood floors - they were tacky, with a film, never staying clean, no matter what we tried. We hired Stanley to come do a deep clean hoping it would help - and let me tell you - we have our beautiful, like-new floors back! It's been 2 weeks and we have not had to mop them yet, just vacuum. Unbelievable how effective this is. Highly recommend this service and team. They were so helpful and courteous!

Librado (Junior) and his partner did a wonderful job! I had my air ducts cleaned for the first time and it was the best thing I could have ever done! Junior was efficient and very professional. They performed their job well at 110%. Junior explained the process and also explained what I could expect before he and his partner officially started the job. Excellent communication and work! My husband and I needed to have our carpets cleaned, but all of the carpet cleaning companies were booked solid. I wanted to use this company, because their online reviews were mostly 4/5 stars, with excellent comments about them. Finally there was a last -minute cancellation, and they were able to get me in. I certainly was not disappointed at all in the expert service, very courteous and highly competent young man, Hugo, who came to my house, and the end results. He listened to all I wanted to have done, and after I showed him the rooms where I wanted the carpet to be cleaned, he gave me a very good quote on the price. I was blown away at how reasonable it was. Our carpets were badly in need of a cleaning, and had numerous pet stains, other stains on them. When Hugo had finished the job, I was amazed at how wonderful our carpets looked, and they smelled so fresh too. The stains were gone,and our carpets looked beautiful! They will even move your furniture for you, if you cannot do it yourself. We wanted our carpets to dry quicker, so Hugo even set up industrial fans all around the house to make that happen. Sierra and Julie are great to find out everything you need before they arrive, so they will be fully equipped to do your complete service. It is a very efficient company that way too. Hugo answered all the questions I had, and I could tell he really knew so much about cleaning carpets and doing the best job possible. He is a very conscientious young man, and his goal is your complete satisfaction with this cleaning service. The office staff, particularly Sierra and Julie, were very cordial to me every time I would speak to them on the phone, and Sierra promised me she would call me if she got a cancellation. I had complete confidence that she would do that. I was right! The next day, she called me and excitedly told me she had a cancellation. I was so impressed that she followed through and contacted me to get scheduled. Hugo had done such an incredible job that I wanted to write this five-star company a review that they certainly deserve. I highly recommend this company, who has been in this business forty years, and we will use them for many years to come. It is such a blessing, in this age of scams and people who take advantage of you, to find this company that is all about treating their customers with respect, doing outstanding work, and being efficient ,but extremely thorough and very accommodating. You will not be sorry if you use this carpet cleaning company. You will be thrilled that you did!

Ed and Hugo arrived on schedule, made a quick estimate of the job, and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They were recommended by three of my associates and did not disappoint!

Ed has cleaned our tile floor with a light colored grout several times over the yesrs & does an amazing job each time. The kitchen floor looks so clean & refreshed . They also clean area rugs that are picked up , cleaned in their shop & delivered when finished.
They are always on time during the time frame scheduled .

Snow White has been cleaning my carpets for over 20 years, including addressing pet odors. I'm now between pets so asked them about ozoning my entire house to eliminate odors emanating from curtains and upholstery that never were directly stained. They undertook that last week and it's been wonderful to come into house and not find pockets of pet smell. A job well done.

Was so impressed with how helpful and responsive the employees are from Sierra who scheduled my appointment to the Hugo and his partner who came out and cleaned my carpets. They listened to what I wanted done and gave me the total due before they started. They did a great job and were quick and efficient! Will definitely use them again!
