We had our carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer again, very pleased with the quality of work we received. They sent their technicians Anthony Nash and a return of Cordiellro Lopes, they are great, an asset to this company. If you are in need of their services, I highly recommend not only Stanley Steemer for your household needs, but encourage you to ask for these two technicians in particular, they are wonderful. We will call again.

We needed service urgently. They sent 2 gentlemen within 30 minutes. They did a perfect job! The areas they cleaned had a serious set of stains from a massive accident the day before. They got the carpets looking even cleaner than before the accident! It was as perfect as before we moved in! Amazing job!

Stanley Steamer came out this morning and cleaned our carpets!! Erick and Brandon did an exceptional job!! They were very professional and knowledgeable!! My carpets look wonderful!! I highly recommend Stanley Steamer!!

Michael and Quintez did a great Job with our carpets. Though ultimately we were unable to have our upholstry fully cleaned, they were very professional and careful testing products and methods on our chairs and realizing the fabric was going to bleed. I'm thankful they didn't just move ahead as they would have been left looking horrible! The office was great at calling ahead, answering questions, and even confirming it was ok to arrive early! Scheduling online was super easy and convenient and we were able to get cleaning done within two days of deciding we wanted it!

We needed a last minute cleaning before family was arriving for the weekend. They got us scheduled in and it took no time at all. The carpet looked beautiful!! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions we had and left us with the information needed to take proper care of the carpet after cleaning. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer if you are looking for professional, courteous service.

I have a cat with kidney issues so I’ve had Stanley Steemer out 3 times now and I will continue to use them for all my carpet cleaning needs! They are so professional, kind, and accommodating (and not judgmental!). I always have pet stains and they are always gone when they’re done. They even offer me advice on how to care for them in between cleanings. And the online scheduler is so easy and convenient! Highly recommend!

I have to make a correction to the below statement. I spoke with the owner about my concerns and he promptly fixed the problem. I have always used Stanley Steamers and the time of my service was just a hiccup. Thank you for resolving the concern I had.

I recommend Stanley and loved the work they did the last time they were here.
I felt like this time the individual that was shampooing my carpet seem like he did not have pride in what he was doing. It seems like lazy work, which I had to have him pull out all his equipment to finish the job. I did ask him to clean a pet stain spot and I do not think he did anything I asked. I have used this company in the past and had exceptionally good service which I was not worried about standing over the person to make sure the work was done correctly. I guess next time I will be a shadow.

I thought customer service didn’t exist anymore until I had the pleasure working with Stanley Steemer. They are a top notch service with a do it the right way mentality. They did an amazing job. The carpet looked great. No nasty chemical smell, my house smelled so fresh and clean when they where done. The guys were polite, professional and explained everything and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again.

Liam and David worked quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and very thorough. It really made my home and carpets look amazing. I highly recommend them. They even worked around my sleeping grandson and did not wake him from his nap. Great job.

Liam and Eric came to my home and were very polite and professional. They explained the cleaning process quite well. They asked me a couple of times if I had any questions and they answered them professionally. They made sure I understood the safety concerns of wet carpet and told me to be sure and call if the pet stains or odors returned. Will definitely use them again!

We used Stanley steamer a few weeks ago- they did a good job but the carpets were really soaked! This time around our two tech guys did an amazing job! I can see the difference! So impressed! The one guy who spoke the majority of the time with me was so friendly and did a great job explaining in detail! I will call and ask for his name again!

Randy and Miguel did an excellent job on our carpet! They were very thorough and cared about doing a good job. They were honest and friendly. They moved furniture even if I didn't ask them to. We were very happy with their work.

This was a wonderful experience from the start. The person that scheduled my appointment was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! The cleaners text me prior to their arrival as I had requested. They came during the requested time frame. Erik and Dee were awesome. They did a better job than I expected. They treated me and my home with respect and courtesy. If and when I need any carpet services I will be calling Stanley Steemer! If I have any friends asking for carpet cleaning referrals, I will be sending them here. Thank you for the great service. Stanley Steemer came to clean our carpets today. They were on time, respectful, and did a terrific job. I wasn't sure if I should even get the carpet cleaned or just replaced, it was old and soiled. I decided after the cleaning to keep it. I don't remember the crews name, but Stanley Steemer will know and pass along my gratitude to them. Job well done! I will definitely use them again! And if I didn't mention it before, their price was very reasonable.

Scott & team showed up a few mins early to my office for estimate appt & cleaning appt. He/they did a fabulous job cleaning several love seats, carpet, & area rugs. Got ALL of the tough stains out; I didn't think it possible, ha! It also smells wonderful. They were professional, cordial, & timely. Will be using them again!!
