Total H&C has always provided good service with reliable parts. They always use good judgment when repairing my aging heating & cooling system.

The home warranty company that I have uses Total Home Heating and Cooling as one of their contractors. They came out and serviced my unit. After a few weeks the blower would stop blowing. I paid another deductible and had them out again. The tech said that the last guy that was out here closed a wire in the door and that was causing a short. Their mistake. I recently had them out to do preventative maintence, they gave the unit a clean bill of health and said I just needed filters, which I replaced before using the unit again. When I went to use the unit neither the heat or the air is working. Now mind this was all working fine prior to their maintence check and them cleaning things out. The warranty company Total Home is backing the service contrator, and is telling me something else has happened to my unit. I will NEVER use this incompetent bunch again. Beware they to shotty work.

Service Techs Scott & Terry always do a great job. Very polite and work quickly to get the job done. Have used them for many years for our heating & AC work.

Terry was on time, diagnosed my issue, and repaired my AC the same day at a very reasonable price. It makes sense that this place has been in business for decades. I will be using them again.

Had these guys come out and do a check-up on my furnace today. They did a great job! Took time to answer all my questions, explain everything they were doing, even found an issue with how the drain was plumbed that would have caused me an issue down the road. I highly recommend them, and they are running a $25 off special right now.

My AC unit stopped working Friday afternoon. By mid day on Saturday my house was 90 degrees inside. These guys got to my house that Saturday and fixed my problem in about an hour. My house is back to normal and I am so truly grateful they fixed the issue so quickly and professionally.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a humid August day. Absolute Air sent a knowledgeable and friendly technician the same day I called. David did fantastic work- had it running again in no time.

My AC stopped working during the hottest week of the year. I called the HVAC company that I had previously used, and they told me it would be TWO WEEKS before they could come take a look. I called Absolute Air, Dale came out the same day, and I was up and running within an hour! I wouldn't look anywhere else! Their team was efficient, kind, and courteous and did a great job.

Kurt and I are totally impressed and grateful for Absolute Air's fabulous service! We schedule them for our winter and summer tune up and complete service. Our daughter referred us and we are passing on the good word to you. Dale and his son have been attentive and helpful in all our concerns. They helped us when our thermostat broke and we had to replace it. They thoroughly explained our scheduling options and set it and then explained it again! They definitely go the extra mile in customer service.

The people at Absolute Air are fantastic. They have serviced our heating and air conditioning systems for 17 years. We wouldn't have anyone else. When we needed to replace our air conditioner during a hot spell, they installed a new one quickly. When someone comes to service our equipment, they are prompt and efficient.

Absolute Air got us out of a huge bind! We were expecting around 30 people for New Year’s Eve but the morning of the party our heater went out! Absolute Air was able to come out right away, diagnose the problem, and replace a part to get the heater up and running long before any guests were expected to arrive! Absolute Air was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Without their expertise we would have had a lot of disappointed friends and family!
