I came to drop my load at 8:30 showed up 8:15. The old guy with the missing teeth was puke .....screamed at me. Telling me that I don't have 8:30 delivery while I had confirmed appointment. He was really rude as hell!

Bought some parts to fix my own furnace. It didn't fix it, so I went back for another part. I was told they weren't allowed to sell parts to me to do work on my own. So I attempted to return the parts I bought, and they would not take them back since I was not a licensed HVAC installer. Disappointed that it wasn't explained up front when I first bought parts.
