We had a great experience with Integrity Trade Services LLC. After having FOUR different HVAC companies come out, they were the only ones who could actually figure out what was wrong and provide a real solution. Their pricing is fair, and both Chris and Tyler were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They showed up on time, were respectful of our space, and cleaned up after themselves. We’ll definitely be signing up for their maintenance plan. Highly recommend!

Couldn't find anything to fuss about, even if I tried. They arrived when they said they would, for both appointments. Your seviceman tried to repair my (29 year old) furnace but we had to replace. Two men replaced my unit the very next morning, and the first tech came out later in the day to put in new thermostat. Would have liked to have avoided replacement, but had braced myself for the possibility of my old unit being beyond saving. The cost was lower than I expected.

Had a leaking sink, and a clogged drain. Called Dean Norris and was able to get service within 24 hours. Seth was the plumber that took care of us. Seth was great at explaining what the issues were, how best to repair the issues, and very patient with all of our questions. They made the repairs and everything is working properly again. Dean Norris treated us with first class service from the initial call all the way through the repair. Very genuine, knowledgeable, punctual, and fair. Hands down would utilize Dean Norris again for any plumbing issue.

First of all plumbing tech Ryan was very professional and so friendly.
Second I saved between $285 and $485 by using DEN as all other plumbers wanted $1500 to $1700 to install a water heater. My total cost with DEN was $1215

I was in the drive thru, and a guy in the company truck cut me off. What a trivial thing to do as a representative of a company. Truck number 117
