Caleb did a great job diagnosing and fixing an electrical problem with our AC on a 100 degree day. Price was reasonable even for weekend work. Will use again.

Kelly and Dawson Service is a great business. Our air conditioner went out over night and they were able to come out early in the morning on an over 100 degree day. Logan was our service tech and he was so helpful. He explained everything throughly. He was efficient and so nice!! Definitely recommend!!

Kelley and Dawson have always treated me well, whether it their techs or Michelle in the office. From to e to tone l ask the techs about working for Kelley and Dawson, never a negative word. Many had worked other places that they were expected to really push ways to raise the bill. They tell me Kelly and Dawson never does that and that is one of the reasons they like working for them. They really are great!

Called regular service provider to get a Fall furnace startup/cleaning and was told they could get to us 3 1/2 weeks from today. Yikes! Searched for other providers online and scanned through reviews. Kelley and Dawson was highly rated so I gave them a call. Not knowing what to expect for their schedule I was pleasantly surprised when they told me they could come out a day later. Wow! Office staff was very nice on the phone. Office staff gave me a call to let me know when technician would be on his way. Technician John showed up (not smelling like a chimney- you know what I mean- that’s a big deal to me) on time, dressed in a uniform, and a marked truck. He cleaned the furnace unit first and found the blower motor needed replaced. He was prepared and had a motor with him. Replaced the motor and had it up and running in no time. I appreciate Technician John and Kelley and Dawson for their swift availability to get me taken care within 48 hours of my call. Well done thank you!

We purchased a new unit from Kelley & Dawson a few years ago. Everything went great with the install and service we have had since.

This summer, we noticed the A/C was really struggling to cool the house… And it hadn’t even gotten that hot outside yet. Logan came over to diagnose and figured out what the problem was. A part was ordered and he serviced our unit so it would begin cooling the house.

After a couple weeks, the part had not come in from the manufacturer and the unit was not cooling the house again. Logan came out and recharged us!

Logan and Michelle stayed in communication with us throughout the month-long process of the part being on order and not arriving.

Today, Logan and Caleb came to install the part and have our unit running properly again!

They have worked with us on the bill to a certain extent because this was not necessarily a problem we should have had… Everyone we have dealt with at the company was kind, patient, and very professional! We happily recommend Kelley & Dawson!

Great company to work with! I had a new AC/furnace installed. Very efficient one day installation. Employees are all personable and knowledgeable. Logan has done my fall and spring check ups and service - very nice to work with! I also had them do a repair on a roof vent. Quick response and service time.

Highly recommended! I use Kelley & Dawson all the time for my own home. My mother was recently out-of-town, and I found that her heat wasn’t working one Friday afternoon while checking on her place. I called, and they were able to dispatch a technician the same afternoon, who quickly got the system operating again. Unfortunately, I discovered the same issue the following Sunday. After another call, technician Caleb Higgins arrived before I knew it, and diagnosed the problem as a faulty blower motor. He went to the shop, brought back a new one and replaced it. Again, system operable, so my mother could return to a comfortable home.

We are renting a property and our landlord called Kelley & Dawson. They were able to get us in later that day. Caleb & Christian showed up and did a great job diagnosing and fixing our issues even having to run to get a part. They even cleaned the outside unit and put in a new air filter to ensure we were running as smooth as possible. Everything was explained to us well before they left and they called our landlord to explain everything as well. Highly recommend!

We've been with Kelley & Dawson for 4 years. We have not had a single issue with unit in our house. We have a service contract, and the techs come out twice a year to thoroughly check and clean the furnace/ac unit. They are very friendly and on-time. Michelle will promptly get you answers to any questions that you have.

We’ve been using Kelly and Dawson for years now, they put a system in here years ago. It’s still going and Michelle is just wonderful just wonderful. I believe we have a very good good business relationship. And I will recommend Kelly and Dawson to anybody for heating and air conditioning they are second to none..
And their technicians are well trained and very polite and they don’t know something they find out they call their lead man or Michelle anyway they do find out and they fix the problem!

Why go anywhere else? I have used Kelley & Dawson for nearly 2 decades- for new systems and for servicing. There is no one nicer on the phone than Michelle! She is so kind & gets someone right out to help. We had a new Trane installed a year ago. CALEB has been our tech & wow he is outstanding! These are good, honest people!

When I arrived at my new home, the air was running hot. Kelley & Dawson sent someone quickly to assess the issue. They got my air running in about an hour. Great service, fair prices. Would highly recommend.

Kelley and Dawson is Great to have work on my Furnace and Air Conditioner. I had a problem with the furnace and John and Caleb came out. When John first came out the furnace started to work so he was unable to figure out what was wrong. Then about 3 hours after he left the furnace acted up again. Caleb came out and it was not working but found out the gas valve was sticking. Caleb put a new gas valve on and so far it is working great. I would recommend Kelley and Dawson to anyone needing repairs

We have had such good experience with Kelley and Dawson. We had our hvac and ac replaced two summers ago and now we are buying a new house that is in desperate repair. Logan has provided us with great assistance both times giving us a realistic quote, the best deals and financing options. Once we are all settled into our home we will be looking forward to new units and know we're in great hands!!!

I called as soon as I realized my home heating system was not starting up and it was getting cold. I was told they could have someone out Later THAT DAY! WOW! Caleb and new guy Christian (In Training and doing well) Came out and got it fixed for a very reasonable charge and very fast. I already had it opened up and had mostly figured out the problem. But they confirmed the relay was bad that stat starts the gas flowing. No Fire. But they were good with my watching and asking questions, Very friendly and personable, and very respectful. Good work was completed.
This system was installed by K&D back in August 2014 and this is the FIRST time there was an issue. Our original encounter with these guys was fantastic back in 2014, and today they showed they are still the best in the biz in Wichita!
These guys will ALWAYS be my first call when it comes to our AC/Heat. ALWAYS.
