Our AC went out late on a Friday night. Kelly & Dawson were there first thing Saturday morning. The gentlemen was polite, very experienced, and had us back up and running in 30 minutes. The service fee was reasonable as well. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Daniel came to our home for our annual HVAC service. He was terrific and got us in great shape for the winter. K&D has always done a super job of maintaining our HVAC that they installed years ago.

I repaired my ac unit due to a bad condenser motor. I couldn’t get the system to turn once my repair was complete. I tried everything then I called. Ivan helped me diagnose the situation over the phone and advised me to press the compressor pressure switch. System immediately started working. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend Ivan! One of their drivers just about ran me off of Kellogg and then preceded to flip me off as they drove by. Pretty telling as far as the type of people this place hires.

Their driver tag 217NkX cut off a line of traffic on the 13th street ramp then on 235 South, just before Kellogg exit. Flicked a lit cigarette out the window onto my car. If he is an example of their business I would not use them.

Absolutely Terrible!!! I live in a brand new construction luxury apartment building. I am the first tenant in my unit and have only lived there for a handful of months. In this time my a/c has gone out over 4 times. They keep telling me it is fixed and every time days later the a/c unit just keeps running and running and not cooling at all. I have 0 faith that they will ever figure out the issue. And I am left to suffer in the mean time while paying my rent, electricity bill, and hotel rooms on the days it gets really hot. (I might get reimbursed for my hotel rooms but in the meantime I'm S.O.L.)

I was driving behind one of their drivers on 135 north this morning at around 8:20. He almost ran a car off the road and then went off on the shoulder of the road to pass another car. He would also slow down and then speed up to high speeds. I initially wasn't going to leave a bad review because I didn't use their services, but after reading other comments about bad drivers at this company, I felt compelled to share. This employee is certainly affecting the image of this business.

Anytime we have a problem with our older unit, we call Conrady and he fixes it. Doesn't charge us an arm and a leg. VERY TRUSTWORTHY!

Greg is the best..He put a new central air unit in our house in the middle of winter...Had it done within 4 days, and it was a big job removing the old one, and lent us one of his gas heaters to keep our house warm while he was working...Comes when you call him as quickly as he can...Great guy, great job, excellent customer service... Highly recomnended

My furnace wouldn't light up. They had it firing back to life in less than an hour. Like magic!

Our AC was repaired quickly and professionally. Wichita Heating & Cooling technician was respectful and clearly experienced. No pressure or unnecessary work. Honest, fast, and efficient. Very satisfied with the service.

Dalton and Blaine were so courteous and professional. We appreciated them both, especially how they kept trying to work a solution on a stuck exterior cap until they got it! Dalton was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were finding and what they were doing. His professionalism, kindness, and work ethic has now made Eck my plumber on speed dial!

DJ and Dakota did an awesome job for us! They explained what they were going to do, and did it. Snaked out the washing machine and shower drain. Everything is free flowing and we are back to catching up on laundry now. Thanks again, and will use you for future visits most definitely!
