John was awesome! Capacitor went out on a 100 degree day after hours of course! John returned my phone call promptly and was able to come out a short while later. Fixed the capacitor, filled up the freon and it's good to go!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelly and Dawson heating and Air conditioning! We pay a small annual fee and they do all of our routine air-conditioning and furnace checks and maintenance. This year they discovered a very small crack in our heat exchanger that was allowing carbon Monoxide to leak into the air of our home in very small amounts! They immediately informed us and gave us all of our options. Our heater was over 20 years old so we chose to replace it and they came the very next day so we would not be without heat and for safety! Logan, John and Zach were so kind, knowledgeable and Professional! We are so very grateful! Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with the heating and air conditioning service that helped me prepare for winter. Logan, the technician, was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He installed a new Ecobee system in my home and made sure everything was set up perfectly for the colder months ahead. Logan also took the time to check my humidifier and ensured it was adjusted correctly, which I really appreciated. He was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions with clear, helpful explanations. I feel confident my home will stay comfortable this winter, thanks to Logan and his expert service. Kelly & Dawson air conditioning very professional From the time that I called them, the lady that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was very nice and friendly to the air conditioner tech named Caleb that came out and fix our air conditioner! Caleb was super Friendly and kind! I 100% recommend Kelly & Dawson For any heating or air-conditioning needs! And the price was amazing! Definitely a five star from me! If I have heating or air conditioning needs again, I will definitely be calling them!

I cannot more highly recommend Kelley & Dawson Service. They sent a technician out the same day to fix my broken furnace. They worked with my schedule to ensure they were able to provide me with service as soon as I had availability. John is knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. He explained the issue thoroughly and informed me of exactly what he planned to do to fix my furnace. He had the issue fixed within 20 minutes. I will be utilizing Kelley & Dawson for future heating/cooling services and will recommend them to my neighbors.

We had Kelley & Dawson replace one of our a/c and heater systems this past week. What an awesome job they did. They were very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The three gentlemen that came out were Caleb, Christian, and Zack. They worked so hard and efficiently in the extreme heat of our attic. I would most definitely recommend Kelley & Dawson to family and friends for service on their a/c and heating units. They are quick and timely getting service calls scheduled and worked. They are also very reasonably priced for their services. Great company to do business with. We have worked with them for over 20 years. Thanks for your continued dedication to our city. We’ve used them in the past for a new furnace and have not had any issues to date We called them out this past Saturday when our AC went out. The initial caller let me know a technician would be calling me. When Daniel called he let me know he had a couple clients before me and then would be out. He called again to let me know he was on his way. Daniel was respectful and found the problem quickly. Very affordable for an emergency call, part and labor. Caleb was fantastic and professional when I called, and was able to give me a clear price breakdown. The technician John was professional and very kind. The issue was simple and he explained how to fix it, even though he could have easily just fixed it and let us call them if it happened again. Our AC went out on a hot summer Friday afternoon. Within an hour, Zach, our technician arrived to our house. He replaced a blower motor and helped us install a surge protector. Excellent service!!

They have taken care of my AC and furnace for years. Excellent and careful service. They have always taken the time to explain options and make recommendations. At one of my earlier homes, they helped with taking care of an old existing AC and helped it last 4 years instead of recommending replacement. Today Caleb took great care of my annual maintenance on my AC.

Zach, the technician, was very knowledgeable about my Daikin unit. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and also cleaned and inspected the unit to make sure everything was running smoothly. This company is so great. Bought a new central ac unit a year ago. Today was the first maintenance/check up day and Daniel came out. From the beginning of buy the unit, the communication with everyone at Kelley and Dawson has been great right up to this morning when Daniel checked and cleaned the ac. Efficient, friendly....this company reminds me of living in small town with wonderful people when you need service.

They had someone out the next day which is awesome considering I called right before they closed the previous day. Ivan was quick, professional and nice. He even took the extra step of spraying off our unit for us after fixing the blower motor. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Kelly & Dawson. Called on a Friday because our AC wasn't keeping up and desperately needed cleaned. They offered weekend services but we declined opting to wait for a week day appointment. We recieved a call early Monday morning, around 8am and they were out to the house by 11am. Daniel came out, cleaned the unit and did the yearly maintenance. He was very professional and explained everything so it was easy to understand. We will be using Kelly and Dawson for all of our future needs.

I recently purchased a Daikin Fit Heat Pump from KelleyandDawson. I was blown away by the professional and knowledgeable staff. Everyone from the owner (BJ) to the install techs (Steve & Christian) were very patient and answered all my questions. There are many A/C companies in Wichita. K&D is the only one who treated me like a normal person. Not like some Dumb customer asking lots of questions. I greatly appreciated it. If someone brings up anything about A/C work I quickly tell them K&D is the only one to call.

UPDATE. My furnace continued to have issues because whomever installed it years ago glued pieces they shouldn't have. Caleb, came out and worked on it. Even tho he had to return a couple of times, he was not going to give up. He did a fantastic job! I would DEFINITELY, without hesitation ask for Caleb should I need to have my furnace/HVAC systems worked on in the future! Thank you so much Caleb!!
