Mike came out to check on my furnace as it was having a slight issue but it was checked out and the furnace is ok just a little dirty mike explained everything clear and answered all of my questions I had I feel relieved I was a bit worried but Dean Norris Inc took care of my needs and I must say they are service with a friendly staff Andy took my call and set up my appointment he was very polite and understanding I plan on using their services again when needed so give them a call for you heating and ac needs you won't regret it.thanks again for coming out to help me it is greatly appreciated.

I've been working with Dean Norris for almost 5 years now, great company to work with. They are very responsive, safe and great quality. Matt Cervantes is who takes a good 80% of the calls for us and does a phenominal job!👍🏼

Called them because we needed toilets replaced. Their technician came on time, was a gentleman, wore their mask without it being requested (COVID cases were rising at the time), installed bidets we had purchased (wasn’t on the original job we requested), cleaned up after himself, and disposed of our old toilets for us. The technician also explained everything they were doing in terms that could be understood and explained why we were having the issues we were having and how to prevent them. All equipment works as advertised and there hasn’t been any issues with the items that were installed. I guess there’s a reason why this company has been around for 50+ years.

I called Dean Morris when our heat pump wasn't working properly on a very cold day. Because one of our household members has advanced COPD, they made it a priority to come out that same day which we appreciated very much. Mike did an awesome job! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Called Dean Norris and talked to Andy about a backed up sewer line to the house. He said he could possibly get a service technician there the next day, which was great. Andy called back within 10 minutes and said he could send someone today. The service technician (Seth) was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Seth up plugged the sewer very quickly. Very good experience Thanks for your service.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. We had a water heater that we found leaking last night. I called in around 8:00am this morning and Dylan showed up at my house around 9:00. He assessed the situation gave me an estimate and left to go pick up the new water heater and was back onsite within about an hour. He swapped out the heaters hauled out the old and here I am giving a review at 11:45 am with a new water heater in my basement.

Dylan was professional and he worked quickly. He also took the time to make sure there was no mess on the carpet.

Again… I would recommend these guys for water heater work to anyone. Great job!

This driver was behind me on Kellogg. We both turned left onto 159th (traffic is one way and you have to turn left onto Willowbrook). The driver decided not to stop at the stop sign, instead going around me in the lane meant for opposite traffic. As I was tuning left I almost hit him because he failed to STOP at the stop sign. He cut 5 seconds off his drive time, almost caused me to crash into him. This driver is lucky that he was not hit by oncoming traffic or me since he decided to drive in the WRONG lane. As a driver of a van with a company logo this is who is representing you. Extremely unprofessional and sad that his time is potentially more important than the law and possibly someone’s life to save 5 seconds of travel time. I did call and report this to Kelsey. Van#140.

10/10 Would recommend! Seth is a superstar plumber! Live in an old house, had our sewer line break. Seth came out and talked over what we could do. Was out the next week to fix it. Only took 2 days and very pleased with the work. They work on old pipes and do a phenomenal job at getting you updated!

Our project is 200 miles away that did not stop them from researching our problem and fixing it. The original Manufacture had misleading information on our cool only unit for our IT room. Because it was new construction they are fixing us at there expense. KNIPP is Quality.

Had our AC go out on a Sunday morning, and I expected the worst trying to find help. This company answered right away and had someone out by noon. The guy was super professional and got everything working within an hour. He didn’t leave a mess and even gave us tips to avoid future issues. Weekend rates were reasonable, which was a surprise. Honestly, I’m just grateful they picked up the phone. That kind of dependability matters a lot these days.
