Bad customer service called and it takes about 30minutes to talk to somebody.

Worst customer service ever. Seems to have gone down hill from 6 months ago. Started going to Baker Distributing instead.

I would not do business with these people. They aren't very knowledgeable and want to charge you retail even when you've been in business for 40 years. I got upset and they were rude, soni got ruder.

Went through some rebuilding time but now they are on track.
No problems getting a call back or through directly. Knowledgeable and about the work.

Absolute worst customer service you will ever see. I’m a commercial contractor. They have inexperienced people working the counter. They don’t send quotes over. They don’t respond. They are incapable of doing their jobs. Cannot wait for The Tap to start selling Carrier equipment. This branch will be closed in the same year that happens.

Need some parts. They got them in quick and had a great customer service experience!

Actually I went by there a year ago put in my application buddyman got a hold of me told me they're getting ready to start up so I called in and noticed the voice was a pleasant voice that I talk to you I like the lady I talked to last time I was there you lady told me nothing was ruined yet but that could change tomorrow the next day anyway tell me if you take out my file and be giving me a call fingers crossed

I had Caleb repair my heater and he was professional, very nice, and respectful of my home. Caleb figured out our problem right away, fixed the problem promptly, and answered a bunch of my questions. It looks like Kelley and Dawson are our new HVAC people and I highly recommend them.

We had Logan come out to get our heating ready for winter. He was very thorough and did some repair on our humidifier which hadn’t been working for a couple of winters. So happy with his service. I highly recommend Kelly and Dawson!!
