Good afternoon,
Got a call a from Eck Services which Mtchell Bean was calling to let me know he was 5 minutes away to have our furnace etc maintenance.

Mitchell Bean and his helper did a great job. He told me what they were going to do and got the maintenance done in no time. Since we have a new ac and furnace it has been a wonderful purchase and through Eck Services.

I would say 5 out 5 both Mitchell Bean and his helper.

Austin diagnosed the problem quickly. He contacted Evergy for us and they responded quickly. I did not have to take any time off work. I was very pleased and I’ll call Eck again if I have any electrical issues.

We had a great experience with Lucas. He was prompt, communicated clearly throughout the process, and solved the problem in a timely manner. He was also very pleasant to work with, which made the whole experience stress-free. We will definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend his services.

Very prompt response time. Very friendly. Grant kept us informed if the problem and the plan to fix it. The required part was available on the truck, so repair was made quickly. Definitely would recommend.

Our call was answered by the company on a Sunday morning. Heath, the technician, called within 30 minutes to discuss our issue. He went to the shop and gathered any parts he thought he might need to fix our issue. What I thought might be a dead well pump ended up being a bad transistor. He had it fixed in no time! Friendly, prepared, quality service!

We just had a mini-split system for heat and air conditioning installed this week. This is our second project completed by Eck Services this year. Nicholas Sanders and Adam Dixon did a FANTASTIC job! Even the office ladies Megan and Bridget are kind and super helpful. We are already planning on Eck for electrical work that we need done this next year.

Very knowledgeable, super friendly and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had multiple quotes but am really happy I chose this company with this guy, the work was completed in a timely fashion and he made sure I understood how to use my new faucet/drain, it was all a big undertaking and more than worth it. Cost was reasonable, anyone needing work should go with Eck!!

Great group of people and hard workers! I had four estimates, and this was the only company that put on protective booties when they walked in my house. The installers worked extremely hard and did a fabulous job on removal/ installation of my heating and air. They made sure they protected the floor and also fixed an issue they could’ve easily overlooked because it was already there. I would totally recommend them to anyone!

Derrick and Spencer were very courteous and professional while performing our bi-annual HVAC maintenance. In the process, Derrick discovered a significant issue with an outdoor faucet. They were able to give an immediate estimate, had the parts and were able to replace the spigot in the same visit. We have always been pleased with the professional service we have received from Eck.

Chris and his co-worker were fantastic. They fixed all my electrical outlets that weren’t working properly, explaining the reasoning and their actions along the way. The two of them were very kind and easy to talk to about all the issues we had been experiencing. I will definitely be using Eck for all electrical needs in the future.

Dalton Fisher with Eck Services was great! My kitchen sink was not draining properly and he explained in detail what was going on and how he was doing to fix it. He took pictures and wrote things down so I didn’t have to try to explain anything to my husband later! Would recommend to anyone!

I had a clogged drain pipe in my bathroom on 1/7/2026. Casey Doherty from Eck Services arrived quickly and was very professional and friendly. He quickly identified the issue, cleared the drain efficiently, and even cleaned up afterward. I was very impressed with his knowledge and excellent service. I highly recommend not only Eck but Casey Doherty for any plumbing needs!

This is my second time having Eck Services install an HVAC system at one of my properties. The first was in our farmhouse four years ago and that system is still going strong. From my initial point of contact with the dispatcher to the sales rep coming out to the house and the installers, everyone was courteous and professional. There was snow on the ground when the system was installed and the techs were sure to remove their shoes during the initial job review and they laid down drop cloths and wore booties, otherwise throughout the day. My overall review of the installation is that the solder joints on the refrigerant lines are clean, the sheet metal work on the supply plenum and return is well executed, and the wiring appears to be secure. If I were to offer a critique, I would like to see more aluminum tape on some of the return joints around the filter box, but overall, it is a professional installation. I would definitely recommend Eck Services for a future project. Well done guys.

I had a very bad experience with Eck Services. They charged me around $6,000 for plumbing work, but the quality was extremely poor. When they tore into the concrete, they never poured it back smoothly it’s lumpy and uneven to this day. They also cut holes in my sheetrock and then told me it wasn’t their problem to fix. On top of that, the shower was installed incorrectly and still runs hot and cold in the opposite directions. To make matters worse, I was never given an invoice for the work. My electric, hvac, and plumbing totaled 12,000, I never understood how because the verbal prices given were different. I never signed a contact for any agreed upon price. Over a year after the job was supposedly completed, they put the charge on the financing account I had applied for, which caught me completely off guard. Overall, the workmanship, communication, and billing process were all unprofessional and left me very dissatisfied.

From beginning to end everyone was so nice and friendly. They were all great to work with and would answer any questions that I had! Will definitely refer Eck Services to friends and family. I had them replace my water line from meter to the house in a different area and they replace almost all my water lines in the house.

Eck Services, Tom Wise and his assistant, did a great job of coming in and troubleshooting our electrical issue. Took a while but after checking all the breakers and outlets, found 2 outlets that were burnt up and shorting out, behind the headboard of the bed. Potential to start major fire was averted. Guys were very comprehensive and helpful while explaining issue. I will for sure recommend Eck Services to all my friends and won't hesitate to use them again.

Austin Pohl with Eck Services was great to work with, on time and did an excellent job at a great price. I needed to replace the siding behind the electrical meter box attached to my house. I had the siding prepped and ready to install clear up to the box. Austin hung around for 30 minutes to allow enough time to install the siding so as not to have to charge for a return trip later to reattach the meter box. Would definitely use again.

GREAT service. I just wanted to point out Corbyn B in Wichita did a fantastic job for me. Very trustworthy, i didn't get the normal "yep, just replace it" --he took his time, found options, saved me money on the job while still making a good sale for the company. This is hard to find in plumbers across the board so I would like to recognize him. Thanks again Corbyn

I had an emergency plumbing issue and called Eck Services. DJ was at my house within an hour and got everything fixed quickly and professionally. He explained what was going on, handled it efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
