Update: I talked with brett on the phone a couple of days ago and he apologized about the service that we got at our house. We came to the solution that he would not charge me for the fee and instead help cover the cost of having to reinstall a new dryer vent.

all in all I was satisfied with the solution and can say that Brett will do his best to resolve any problems that a customer may come across

Brett and his employees are awesome! Great service and fair price. We live on a lake so spiders can be a bit of a nuisance. The crew cleaned the worst part of our home 3 times just to ensure they got as many as they could and the house was as clean as possible.

Quality Cleaning solutions has been cleaning our windows for nearly 10 years. The crew swoops in with ladders and cleaning supplies and consistently does a good job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I just had Quality Clean Solutions out yesterday to clean my windows and clean my carpet. I have been using them now for 5 years they are NO 1 in wichita to me . They come out twice a year I have alot of windows and tall ones they are so good and very professional love thier crew . When a couple of our window screens were bent accidentally (they are ill-fitting screens), Brett made sure that the screens were repaired properly. Now THAT is service! We originally had Brett and his team out to do some window tinting and they let us know about their dryer and duct/HVAC cleaning service. We were extremely pleased with the tinting service and so we had them out to complete the duct and dryer cleaning. It was amazing how much dryer lint had built up. They were professional, prompt and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Brett and his crew clean our windows outside several times a year, and occasionally clean the windows inside. They also clean our duct work and dryer vent. I always enjoy speaking with his crew if I’m home while they clean outside. They still do excellent work if I am gone. I have specifically given him permission to come to my home whenever it suits his schedule since most of the work he does for me is outside. Of course I schedule a specific time for inside work, and they reliably come as promised. Nice man. Nice crew. Highly recommend.

Quality Cleaning Solutions is a very professional, friendly, polite, and outstanding company! Two very kind and extremely qualified men, Steve and Scott came to our house to clean out our ducts . First of all, we didn’t give them a lot of notice, but we needed the ducts cleaned out in a few days. They said that was no problem. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the job they did was superb! My husband and I were both very happy with everything. They left no mess afterward either, and were very thorough. We will definitely use them again for our cleaning needs. You cannot go wrong by using this wonderful company. Clogged air ducts could cause a fire, so get them to clean out yours soon. You will not be disappointed!

I didn’t appreciate the poor customer service I received from Hanna today.

My service appointment I had scheduled for today didn’t happen during hours I was told to be expecting them (noon to 3pm).

When I called them when I hadn’t received a status update during my scheduled appointment, they told me I was going to receive service next. They said they would call me back when the technician was heading my way.

That call went to my voicemail. I never saw the call. I tried to hurry home after noticing the technician had called, but the technician didn’t wait for me. He left without calling me back.

Anyways, I tried explaining to customer service and they didn’t want to listen to me. Instead, I was told they couldn’t service me until December.

Well, guess what that’s not a good way to treat a customer.

I am never going to need your service again.

I have had a few issues with my heating and air units over the years, and they always treat me well. Service is prompt and always professional. They service my units regularly to keep repairs down. Great work guys! Highly recommend!
