The person that answered at s Was courteous and professional they were able to quickly set a Was courteous and Professional. She was able to get me an appointment today, which was very nice. At my request, she alerted the plumber that I did have dogs and to call me when he was close to arriving. He did. The plumber arrived in a timely manner. He was pleasant and professional. He quickly pinpointed the problem and quickly fixed the clogged areas. He double checked to make sure everything was indeed working.. He even cleaned up after himself.

Our tech did a great job. I called for a non emergency drain clog, and the tech arrived that same day. When we found out it was a bit more complicated, he communicated very well what he was needing to do and went right to work. He had everything he needed, and knocked it out. He even took time to troubleshoot the fix and ensure the problem was eliminated. Fredrick’s will be the first call I make every time. Thanks!

Had a draft inducer motor go out in the middle of the night when the temperature was in the negatives. Gave Fredrick’s a call and within an hour and a half they were at my door to fix the issues. Great service and fair prices. Will recommend to everyone I know

Nathan was professional, kind, and quick at his job. He installed a utility sink in my basement, along with a sump pump to pump it into my sewer. His work looks clean and well-finished; he took the time to make it work well and look right. The price was inordinately fair too. Frederick Plumbing is lucky to have Nathan on their team.

We had Kenny come out to help when our gas furnace went out (literally just yesterday). He was knowledgeable, friendly, and the company in a whole definitely left a lasting impression on our family. We will definitely be contacting them for any of our plumbing or heating/air conditioning needs and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Great service and the guy that came out was efficient. Be wary of their flat fees. Apparently charging for both labor and the tools the plumber uses (i.e. snake drain) is a thing now. I've never been charged by a car mechanic for having to use a wrench to fix my car. This seems like an odd practice.

Absolutely exceptional experience. Chris Highfill, the owner, spent hours consulting with me prior to the installation. He understood our particular concerns and involved himself in finding appropriate solutions to these issues.

He sent an excellent installation crew to do the job. They were very careful workmen, cleaned up, and kept in touch with me during the three days it took to replace our two systems. They were polite, and installed both furnaces and compressors in accordance with my high standards. Chris briefed his crew prior to their arrival to ensure that they understood my requirements.

I give Chris Highfill and Frederick HVAC my highest recommendation.

Unfortunately our experience with this company and owner was awful. Matthew was rude and inflexible. His interpersonal communication skills are subpar. I have NEVER given a negative review of a company, but after our conversations with this owner, it was important I did so. Hopefully you will avoid 1st Choice at all costs. They will never be our first choice or last choice again!

The men called 30 minutes before they arrived and when they came in they were very courteous and professional. They went about their job and reported back what they had found out about my furnace. They also gave their recommendations on a couple issues that were not in the original service request with no extra charge. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was in the market for a complete combo system replacement, mine had quit functioning all together and I had taken several bids. I'm so glad I contacted this company. Their bid was well below their competitors. They showed up on a blustery cold Monday on time (big deal to me) and had the old system removed and the new system installed and operational in just 2 hours. Went well above and beyond my expectations... replaced items that were sub standard and out of code with good quality replacements. Top notch service and really quality equipment. I had researched the replacement combo (Goodman) and I am more than happy. Thank you so much 1st Choice. When I need HVAC service yours is the only number I'm going to need.
