From the receptionist, Lori, to the technician, Brad, they took very good care of us. Our air conditioner went out and I called today and we received service right away. Lori wasn’t sure if they were able to come out today due to other bookings but she called me back within 30 mins with a technician. We were able to get our air fixed today. We are so grateful to Frederick Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. They arrived right on time and took care of our issue. We appreciate Brad and Lori for their service today!

The tech was very punctual and polite and I'm thankful the techs work after-hours. However, I should have been made aware of the absolutely inflated prices. I do expect to pay more for emergency or after-hours repairs, but $600+ for a $20 part and 20 minutes of work is ridiculous. Especially since he didn't carry the correct part and had to "Frankenstein" pieces together. I'll order the correct part and redo the repair myself.

Awful. Quoted over $800 for a thermostat replacement. That's insane. You can buy a Google Nest for less than $200 anywhere. When asked how long it takes to replace a thermostat, I was told 30 minutes and they're "running a business". I also run a business but ripping people off isn't the name of the game. Insane. Hard to imagine this quote didn't have anything to do with the fact that I'm a young woman they thought they could scam.

RESPONSE FOLLOW UP: I'm aware there are many different thermostat options. What I'm confused on is why I wasn't ever offered any of those and only offered an $800 thermostat. When I asked for a more affordable option (as a renter) I was told the most affordable option was $600. That's crazy. I understand running a business and turning a profit but this isn't the way.

Our pool company thought we had a leak in the plumbing in our heat pump. Frederick plumbing came out and looked through the top of the heat pump grates and said it was dry as a bone. He didn’t feel there was any leak. It took less than five minutes and he seemed to be confident of what he’s doing. We are hopeful that we are set to go for the summer.
When we called to set an appointment, the office was very nice and scheduled us in a short number of days. Thank you.

Purchased the AC/Heater October 2022. Two winters and one summer has proven I purchased the right unit. Frederick has maintained it indoors and condenser outdoors every 6 months. Very knowledgeable repair folks and always pleasant and respectable.My bills have reduced $75 - $100 average per month since. We are very happy with this product and the Company.

Fantastic! The first call I made when our AC went out was to them. They had a tech at my door within an hour and got us cooling again. Chris and I have been going over options for a new unit and he has been amazing. The whole team has been wonderful to work with. The office staff and the techs are top notch. Things like this are never easy but the whole team has made it as easy and stress free as possible

Very responsive to our request for service. Once the problem was diagnosed was able to schedule the return trip in a timely manner. Tim was very knowledgeable and kept us informed all along the process. Always good to have the AC working in the HOT summer. Very professional.

There was an issue with the appointment not getting scheduled as it should have when I called early in the morning, but it was resolved and they were thankfully still able to come the same day.
Kenny was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He immediately knew what the issue might be, confirmed his suspicion, and quickly got our AC fixed. He shared a few tips and tricks for maintaining our unit that will be a massive help. Not only that, he also found an old filter that got sucked into the HVAC that neither our Home Inspector or the last AC repair company discovered - which we had come out due to low air flow upstairs and were told it’s operating as it should. Our airflow has drastically improved throughout the entire house! I can’t imagine the toll this has been taking on our unit and our electric bill.
This pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to others, but the results clearly speak (and in our case, pay) for itself. I will continue using their services moving forward. I highly recommend!

Frederick replaced air conditioner and heater components. Experience could not have been any better. Chris was great to deal with, very accommodating. Installation crew was Top Notch. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I had a tech come out on a Sunday from Frederick and he tried to quote me for a new compressor fan (which ended up not being bad) as well as a whole new HVAC system. I was advised by the answering service the weekend rate would be $150/hr, however when I got my invoice it was $210/hr plus a $150 service call for a total of $360 to tell me I needed service and parts that weren't required! I told him I'd wait for my regular guy who confirmed everything he quoted to replace was actually working fine, (ended up replacing another minor part the Frederick Tech didn't even mention) so I was out $360 for about 15min worth of a visit. Save your money and a headache and go elsewhere.

Excellent service! I needed a garbage disposal replaced. The plumber was on time and the whole visit took less than 20 minutes. He took the old disposal with him so there was no mess for me to clean. Highly recommend Frederick Plumbing!

Frederick's has done both plumbing and HVAC work for me. They've done solid work, fixed things if any issues came up, and been honest with me at every turn. I especially had a great experience with Kenny. I'd recommend them to anyone!

My AC was frozen. Originally installed by Frederick’s in 2019. In 2022 I had an issue and a rep added 4# Freon. Said he could not find a leak. Today Christian came to service my AC he found the unit had an installation error. He was very professional, very courteous, repaired the installation error and I am now enjoying a cool house. Every employee should be as kind and thorough as Christian.

We use Frederick Plumbing and Heating for our furnace and A/C maintenance. They are easy to work with and stand by their customers. The only downside is they charge a $3.00 fee if you pay by credit card. I haven’t written a check in years.
