Chris and his team at Frederick go the extra mile and have been extremely responsive for me. Recently (not the first time, either) my AC went out in the heat of the summer and Chris had a tech there almost immediately. I highly recommend.

Technician was very nice but we are still experiencing the loud popping in our ductwork that we’ve had since the home was built 1.5 years ago. Multiple visits have produced no results. We like your company and chose to renew our service plan but still need this issue resolved.

The plumber quickly identified the problem and then retrieved the replacement part from his truck. The installation of the replacement took only a few minutes. The problem was promptly and cleanly resolved. The plumber was finished and on his way to the next call within twenty minutes!

Kitchen faucet wouldn't shut off. Asked to have a call back the next day since it wasn't an emergency. Promptly called the next morning, and set appointment. The guys showed up on time, and replace the faucet with ease. Friendly and courteous. Will use Frederick again.

The part needed took several weeks to arrive. Thank goodness the technicians did some repair to make the old part last. Technicians are friendly and efficient They call prior to coming and arrive on time. The person calling to set up the appointment was courteous and friendly.

I would recommend Fredrick, for plumbing work based on my experience with their work on my plumbing. I had them replace my 14 year old gas water heater with h a high efficiency hybrid heat pump water heater by AO Smith. They did a good job, cleaned up and the technicians kept us informed on progress and when water was going to be interrupted. Chris from the office was not afraid to tackle a challenging project and provided prompt, detailed written estimates or the scope of work.

The service technician called and was able to meet his scheduled time for checking my heating system. Even after we had blizzard conditions the day before, and snow drifts in my driveway. He completed the maintenance on my system. I now have a ready for anything heating and humidifier system, with new filters and water pads installed. Thanks for your help Fredericks.

Frederick is an excellent company. All representatives were a pleasure to deal with, from the office manager to the estimator to the crew chief to the installers Lupe and Steve. They responded quickly to our needs -- our whole house ac unit needed replacement -- and finished the job ahead of schedule and in one day. We are sitting in air conditioner bliss right now because of the phenomenal job by the entire team at Frederick. We are very happy with our new equipment and the professional installation. The attention to detail by Lupe and Steve is outstanding. The sheet metal work was like an artist creating his masterpiece. It is that good.

Service Tech Tim was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained his diagnosis and functionality of the furnace as well as the condition of the parts. He gave advice on near future considerations of options in replacing the entire furnace due to its age. We just signed up for the Heating/Cooling maintenance agreement based on my family’s high recommendations in Frederick.

Prompt and courteous phone service. The service team called in advance and arrived exactly on time. Both guys were very personable, willing to explain things and generally very helpful. Frederick’s was recommended by a neighbour for good reason!

I got same day service after entering information on website. Technician called before arrival. He was professional and efficient in addressing the problem. When he was finished you couldn’t tell he had been here except the bathroom sink now drained the best that it has in the last two years.

The repair man was kind, courteous and answered all my questions. He explained about the condensor, compressor and why wires melted. He fixed the part that caused the failure of my unit to cool and helped me get the unit fix d in a timely manner! My favorite repairman! Cheryl
