Hunter, Aaron and Jonathan were courteous, pilot and friendly. I was happy they wore masks at all times during the service. They walked us through the whole process of what they were doing, how long it would take, and next steps after clean up. We appreciate having a team on our side during this tough time.

Used this company for some flood and water damage repair. I came away extremely impressed by their work, professionalism, and responsiveness especially. In the past I have become very frustrated with the lack of communication by other contractors. I understand it is a business but when there is an emergency situation in a home, you expect to be taken seriously and at a minimum given accurate info about when the job would be completed or when the contractor would be on site. Serv pro provided the best experience I have had in this type of work. Will use them again in the future for sure.

We've had a commercial issue at our church and have had ServPro all along the way. They are great!! Today's crew: Dion, Mike, Sam, Aaron, Lupa and Tino were EXCELLENT!! Professional, courteous and they don't stop until the job is done!

Had a fire at a cottage. The ServPro employees (Dion, Zack, Peyton and Jacob) who came in to tear out damage were always friendly, knew exactly what they needed to do, and did it all letting me know what was going on and keeping me informed. Each of these young men were extremely nice and was very understanding of the loss I was feeling. The work site was left with smiles and thank you... I would recommend this ServPro to anyone who needs help...and good people to help them.

I hope you at the Flatwoods ServPro site will pass the following on to your parent company and that you will show my evaluation to your Servpro crew including Jon F, Evan D, Billy N, C.C.R., Jacob, Dione, Mike, JB, Andy, Tino, and Lupe whom I remember as being exemplary examples of what I describe below:

I am an 80 year old widow living alone in a house my husband and I had remodeled 23 years ago as a retirement home. It was the last project we enjoyed doing together and we were proud of the results.
This fall I left a faucet running accidentally in an upstairs bedroom. It flooded the entire bathroom and some adjoining floors, the water coming through my living room ceiling. You can imagine how heartsick I was at the resulting mess.
I immediately called SERVPRO of Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lewis Counties. I was astounded when a crew arrived within 15 minutes with equipment that would head off any more damage than necessary.
For the next 3 weeks my interaction with this group astounded me over and over: they took immediate steps to contain the water damage and protect the oak flooring beneath the leaking ceiling, flooring my husband and I had chosen piece by piece. As the work commenced (from redoing the entire upstairs bathroom to practically replacing the entire downstairs ceiling) teams of workers kept showing up at my door who specialized in the kind of work called for that particular day. (My husband built houses for a living, and I was amazed at how skilled each worker was and how smoothly the renovation went.)
Not only did the work teams know their stuff, they were unfailingly polite, respectful, and listened patiently to my every concern, taking time to inform me just what they were doing. No, I don't mean they called me "Sweetie" and "Honey", as so many younger people seem to think they should address senior citizens. They answered every question I had with a "No, mam" or "Yes, mam" and went out of their way to incorporate my wishes into every aspect of the repair. They wiped their feet each time they entered my house, and were as careful with, and protective of, my belongings as I would be myself through the entire process. They worked directly with my insurance agent, saving me much time and worry.
My experience has restored my confidence in the younger generation: they still DO take pride in working with their hands and all seemed to follow the old admonition "any job worth doing is worth doing well."
I was surprised to learn that ServPro also does ordinary restoration not caused by emergency or disaster. They are certainly who I will call when I need additional work done.

Servpro came after all the rain from the hurricane flooded the basement of our church. They were here the same day that I called and jumped right in on handling the situation. The crew especially Aaron was prompt, professional and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am very appreciative.

From start to finish, our experience with this organization was top notch. It started with a prompt response to our need to have deteriorated portions of a home removed and cleanup of the work area would be necessary. As a paying customer, you expect quality work: but these individuals exceeded our expectations in every category. Communicating throughout the entire process, only demolishing what was needed, and leaving a clean space to begin renovations. If I ever am a victim of a disaster, they will be one of the first businesses I will call. Thank you to the entire staff at SERVPRO!

Truly a 5 star experience from start to finish. On the disaster mitigation, Jonathan was a great communicator, very professional, and ran our project efficiently. On the rebuild, Evan was also first rate--professional, friendly, and his crew (Billy and CeCe) were accomplished and professional craftsmen too. It was an ordeal, but we are going to miss Evan and his crew! ServPro did everything that they could to minimize the inconvenience and they restored and put our house back together "like it never happened". We are happy and grateful customers!

Evan took care of every thing. he was easy to talk to and I did not have to do any thing as far as running here and there looking for flooring. he explained every thing that needed to be done and he was quick to get my home back in working order. The two gentleman that came to do the work, (Billy and CC), where very kind, well mannared, and courtieous. they new their job well. they did an exceIlent job I am pleased with this company.

A team showed within hours of our Water event. Jonathon, Billy, and Keith were knowledgeable and provided us a sense of relief.

Unfortunately I had a sewer back up in my basement. I called ServPro to do the clean up. Everyone that have been here have been extremely professional, helpful and nice. John was the first one and I can’t say enough nice things about him. Debbie in the office is so helpful and we always have a laugh when I talk to her. The boys that came to do the work were always on time and did a great job. Evan came to give me an estimate on putting everything back the way it was and was so helpful. Kevin Busick was here today and again he was so professional and kind. I just can’t say enough about how ServPro has treated me.

We had a major leak on Memorial Day and were concerned we wouldn’t be able to find someone for cleanup quickly. Servpro was at our house within 2 hours to start the cleanup.
Restoration was great. All members of the team were helpful, knowledgeable, and the work was well done. I’ll be calling them again if there are any issues.
