Great service. Responded within the hour on a Friday night after hours. Worked for two weeks on clean out and recovery. Always showed up on time and their work is top notch.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to leave one for Aaron’s crew. These guys have been the most helpful, respectful and hardest working group of men. Water damage is a nasty cleanup, but they never blinked an eye. Just got busy and did whatever needed to be done. Thank you all for being here for me!!!

In April 2024, our mother’s Greenup County Kentucky home had a flood due to a faulty toilet supply hose. The flood was discovered on a Saturday afternoon. The home owners insurance sent Servpro for Boyd and Greenup Counties in Kentucky. The mitigation crew came within 2 hours of our call. Jonathon the production manager led the team in the drying out and cleanup all the while holding our hands, encouraging and supporting us that it would be ok in the end. The restoration crew under the direction of Evan and Eddie managed the replacing of new hardwood throughout the first floor. The whole basement needed reworking to replace flooring, paneling with new wall board and new ceiling tiles. These guys demonstrated their excellent carpentry skills in reclaiming and improving our mother’s home. The Servpro staff and managers recognize the emotional toll that a home disaster causes. They could not have been more supportive during this ordeal and for that we are grateful! ServPro did an excellent job particularly in the reconstruction of my ceiling and repairing the walls after water damage. The workers were skilled and knowledgeable, especially in creating the texture to match the original walls. The ceiling looks great as well. They did a great job with the painting also, and finished the job in the time frame they originally stated. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services.

I recently had my hot water tank breakdown and damaged the basement flooring, partial walls. I’ve had ServPro on a couple other occasions in the past so they are my go-to. Everyone from the pleasant office staff, mitigation crew, paint, construction and cleanup crews were excellent to deal with. Johnny, Evan, Eddie and the many others were very professional, courteous, respectful and a true pleasure to have in my home. I’m very thankful and pleased with the work they have done. Water leak on top floor of a commercial building affected 3 lower floors. ServPro arrived quickly. They dried out each area affected and demo'ed only what was necessary. Aaron was excellent to work with. Great communication and followup.
