Very professional & friendly. Took the time to explain the process. Eddie Jr & Sam were great! Project is “in process” but I understand the necessary steps thanks to Eddie Jr & Sam. They are an asset to ServPro & I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with our local SERVPRO team. There was an issue with sewer at our commercial plaza and they responded quickly, communicated clearly, and handled the entire process efficiently and professionally. Both the mitigation crew and reconstruction crews were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. We were especially impressed by Nick, Billy, Doc, Tony, Greg, Chance, Zach, Eddie, and Evan. These folks were able and willing to not only rebuild like it never happened but made sure that our individual tenants had any and all issues resolved. I'm very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them for any personal or business restoration needs.

Being in an emergency drainage issue with my basement flooding, Servpro came in and took care of all the cleanup and sanitation. I truly cannot say enough good things about the work they did and their professionalism. Zach, Thomas, Aaron, and Logan took care of it all and were so kind too. Thank you, guys! From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Once the cleanup was complete, Eddie, Billy, and Ethan got to work making sure all was restored to its original since this is a newer build. It looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier with their work and professional manner in which they took care of everything. I wanted to praise Aaron with Flatwoods Serv Pro. We had mold in the lower part of the home we rent that has been used for an extra family room and a bedroom. Aaron did an amazing job getting rid of the mold in the walls and the wooden floor and the carpet that was under that. He finished in less that a day!! He was very professional and very personable. Very nice guy!

We had an unfortunate accident at a close friend’s house and needed a quick clean up. Kevin Busick was amazing and sent a crew out that day to take care of it. He was easy to work with and very helpful.

We had a water leak in our medical office. Nick Knipp and Chance Neff came in and worked hard to get everything back to original. Including new walls and ceilings along with drywall and paint. They were very clean with their work and made sure to not leave a mess. They were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Jake has great attention to detail and is a man of his word. His guys show up and work hard. I can’t say enough good things about Jake and summit landscaping is your go too for all of your landscaping and fencing needs.

The fence looks beautiful, even with alot of uneven ground. It was alot of fence and they did good quick work on it, even with the snow. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with and made sure we were happy with the work done.

My wife called to get an estimate for fencing around our pool. A date and time was set up for the person to come and measure. That date came and no one showed up. They did not even bother to call to say they were coming that day or to reschedule. To this day 3/31/26 we have not heard from them. We moved on to another fencing company.

These guys did a great job. They built my fence entirely by hand, and made it look great even though my property is nothing but uneven hills!

Removal of old fence with new install. Concrete removal. Deck removal with Fill dirt placement. Price was very reasonable, time was good and the work was what I wanted. Great job!!! Will recommend and use again for future jobs.
