Recently had them out to our home in Frankfort ky to fix a VERY POORLY install from a past "FIXIT Mans" work they properly fixed our kitchen sicks PVC under the sink leading all the way down to the basement (everything about it was very sketchy) but not anymore .... and on a past date they also replaced our gas water heater with no issues ... they are very affordable and we plan on using them when we need them and no one else!

Pleased with the entire experience, technician's courtesy, knowledge, ability, cleanliness and helpfulness when answering questions. Have found our plumbing service. Will use again and recommend.

Very professional Company i have used them when i completely redone all my water lines in our park very prompt when they give a time they are there which means a lot. I would recommend them for any problem you might have large or small.

I used this company several times in the past they just installed a new toilet 2 weeks earlier I got charged an hour's labor and material called them out to install my second toilet I already removed the toilet cleaned up the wax ring area have the new toilet unpacked and laid outthe technician wasn't supposed to arrive between 3 and 4 I was working a half a day that day he calls me at 2 to tell me he's on his way I told him I would leave work and meet him there it took him about 30 minutes to install the toilet he charged me an hour and a half labor I said why are you charging me an hour and a half I have the job prepped and ready for you his answer was I called you at 2I understand customers have to pay for travel time but that was probably the easiest toilet that man ever had to install and didn't cut me any break after proving I'm using you over and over as a loyal customer I should have got a break when I called into the office to complain and stood they have the technician call me back I will not be using this company again I got charged an hour and a half for the same job that they charge me an hour for two weeks early and I lost two hours of my pay for leaving my job early

They answered the phone at 7:36 am. Said they would have someone over by 3:00. They were here early at 1:00. Clog was removed both tubs and toilets working great. Cleaned up no mess very professional. Will be the only plumber I will use. Love the local business.

I used STP to install new gas stove. They ran a new gas line and connected it to my gas. They install new sink and faucet and connected my dishwasher. I would highly recommend STP for any plumbing needs. They are the best business around. They are highly professional technicians and reasonably priced.

We very fortunately came across Shelly toles from our builder Dale Campbell and I am so glad we did. I had a broken water line to my house. The line was about 10 ft deep. After digging the line up I realized I would need professional help. A friend suggested towles. I contacted them at 2pm. I was told that it would be late before they could get there. At 4 pm two professional young men showed up to my house. At 6 Pm they completed the job and were gone. Their bill was very affordable. I was very happy to be able to get someone on such short notice. I was very surprised that their bill was so affordable. I will use them again.

It was a disaster, just bought a home and had to have entire system replaced. They went above and beyond to help me through the process. Shelly and her team have integrity. The Service provider was respectful and called to make sure I was available. He did not have the part needed to do the repair so he went to Lowe’s to look for the part which they did not have. He did come back with a part from Shelly toles plumbing.we only needed A washer but was left with a new part with the washer removed. I don’t know what I will do with the part left behind without the washer.The sink Drains slowly but this issue was not addressed while replacing the washer. On the invoice it would be helpful to know the charge per hour and the cost for parts.
