Shelly Toles Plumbing dug our water line for us and did an outstanding job. They were punctional, professional and pricing for the work was exceptional. We would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

UPDATE: While we rent out the property, we are in fact the owners. Why would renters hire you? It’s on the property owner to repair any plumbing issues.
You started a job, didn’t finish it and refused to return our calls. We paid you over 2k and you simply bailed. If you feel you aren’t equipped to do a job, don’t commit. Simple. I would give zero stars if they were an option.

Two months. Partial job. Ghosted us. Money wasted - we should have researched. We attempted to hire a local ‘reputable’ business, but they ended up costing us in the log run. BEWARE and do your research!

Lying. Your driver basically followed me down the highway. He and she paced along side of me. Trying to intimidate me and my 3yr old daughter I have video. I’m have a lawyer contact you. Glad me and my daughter is safe

We called to have a water heater installed. Robert and Quentin came out and installed a new 40 gallon electric water heater for us. They were super friendly, answered every question I had, and provided service that we know we can count on. Will definitely call Shelly Toles in the future for all of our plumbing needs!
