I’m a builder and work with Shelly Toles Plumbing exclusively for my spec homes, custom homes, and remodels. I can honestly say that they are the most professional, loyal, knowledgeable, trustworthy group of people you will come into contact with on a construction site or in your home. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

What a great company… Pipes burst during the deep-freeze we just experienced and a crew was sent out immediately. They arrived within 30 minutes and had the problem fixed within 10 min. Very reasonable on pricing. Appreciate it!!!

This company send a gentleman named Mikey and all I can say is he has the best work ethic have ever seen in a pluming company. They weren't able to install my new toilet but that was only because there is a subfloor issue, it certainly for lack of trying on his part. Glad they were honest and told me there is a bigger problem instead of just putting a bandaid on it

Called up Shelly Toles for a water heater hose repair. They came the next day right on time. Got the hose fixed in minutes, charged a reasonable fee, and was out in like 10 minutes. They were fast, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend them!

Called plumbers for quotes to do some repair work in a house we recently purchased. They came in at 1/3 the price of Tom Drexler and their work was great! Their guys were very courteous, clean and professional and finished the work in no time. Highly recommend them!

Something was going on with my plumbing, toilets wouldn’t flush, and sewage starting coming up my shower and tub drains. I called early in the morning before they opened and left a VM. They called me back fairly quickly after they opened and said a tech could come out later in the afternoon. Derek came out and had the main line to the septic tank unclogged in no time. Derek and the guy I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for your plumbing issues!

I was told a time they’d be out to fix a leak in my house and they did not show up. I called them two hours later to see if someone was still coming out, and I did not get a call back for another hour. They said they could not get to me for another week. I would not recommend this company. I would be okay if they at least called me around the time they were supposed to be here and let me know they were stuck at another job, but that is not what they did.

Everyone at Shelly Toles Plumbing was extremely nice. They did a great job roughing in our tub/shower area so that we could tile the walls as well as when they installed our new faucet shower head combo. Everyone I spoke to raved about what great people Shelly and Alberta are (even my yard guy commented - “those are good people” - when he saw the Shelly Toles van go by my house). They treated me more than fairly on price and I will use them for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Shelly Toles Plumbing!

By far the best‼️ Shelly Tole Plumbing Inc will schedule your job very quickly. Once the plumber(s) arrive they are knowledgeable, polite, work efficiently, get the job done and clean up after themselves. In an emergent situation Bob came to my house in less than one hour; you cannot ask for better service‼️

Water heater went out I called them Monday morning. They answered phone asked questions were polite and said the soonest they could set appointment was Tuesday morning but if something changed they would come sooner. Think it was 2:30 or 3 Monday when one of them called and said they could be here in 15 minutes. They arrived fixed the problem. 1 heater was bad and they replaced both and thermostats. Which was the right thing to do in my opinion. They were professional and genuinely nice people. Price was reasonable and by today’s standards maybe even a little better. I would call again and share with friends.

Derrick and Mike are the best. After dealing with another plumber company for a stoppage that came out, but didn't fix. I'm so glad I called Shelly Toles. They're Thorough. Professional and kind. They're just the Best! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I have relied on STP for awhile now. They always accommodate me as quickly as they can. Their service people are courteous and take the time to educate me on whatever it is that they’re doing. They helped weigh my options and what may be more cost effective. Highly recommend and especially use a local company whenever possible. Appreciate all of you.
