Tom installed a beautiful stamped concrete patio for us around 15 years ago. However, we didn't keep up with cleaning and sealing as recommend over the years (that's on us). He came back 3 years ago and restored it to it's original beauty if not more so. As recommended, we had it cleaned and resealed earlier this year. There was a glitch with some of the seal. But he, true to his word, backs up everything he does. He returned and went over everything... it's absolutely stunning and the envy of the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Tom came out a week ago to measure our space to give me a quote. He was very thorough and seemed extremely reliable. It was a Saturday and he told me he would have us a quote by Monday or Tuesday. We did not receive a quote by Thursday, so I sent a follow up email and did not receive a response. I sent another follow up email on Sunday and I was ghosted again. I had a lot of confidence in Tom, but I told him this was my last chance and he didn’t follow through with a quote.

Tom is out here crushing it! He did our driveway, retaining wall, walkway, steps and also redirected a downspout. To say I was satisfied with his work would be an understatement! Tom was cordial from the very beginning and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. His prices are very fair and he and his crew did fantastic work. Tom and his crew have been fantastic. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any new concrete projects. When my wife and I needed a new driveway, Tom helped us design it, excavated the area and poured the new driveway in just three days. He also seeded new grass and put down straw in the areas where grass had been dug up. His prices are very reasonable compared to competing bids we received, and he worked very quickly. Unlike some folks who take the job, disappear, do a little work and then disappear again for long stretches, Tom kept at our project until it was done.

Tom worked alongside of his experienced hardworking crew throughout the entire process. They were perfectionists in their work and cleaned up any debris during and after the project was completed. The entire process from beginning to end, as well as the final product, exceeded our expectations. They really went above and beyond on the project. We had Dugan Concrete out for several projects, and most recently this year had them add additional parking onto our existing driveway. Tom was very accommodating in scheduling a quote visit as well as for the actual work done. Very attentive in communication and always got back with us when we had questions. We were up to speed on the entire process and not left in the dark. Tom's crew is very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up after each work day. I will most certainly be using them again in the future when needed and I highly recommend their services.
