Constraction reviews in Burlington, Kentucky

Had Tom and his crew lay a 3'x6'pad for garbage cans, put a 10'x14' addition to our patio. Tom also buried our sump pump pipe eliminating a mudding mess. This was the second project we have used Tom and his crew manage for us. We have been very pleased after both jobs completion.

I hired Tom for the third time. Had him replace a wood deck with a stamped patio. As usual, he and his crew did an amazing job. They always go above and beyond. They treated our property like it was their own. They put down boards so they didn’t tear up the yard. They swept up dust after every scoop of gravel. They washed down the street after they were done. They washed our deck off after they were done. They don’t do it fast. They do it right. I didn’t get other estimates as I don’t want the cheapest. I want the best.

Dugan Concrete has done outstanding work for us on two occasions now. He and his crew poured a very extensive driveway and front porch a few years back. Recently he added a patio to the back of our home, from one end to the other. I love the steps. Part of that work was colored and stamped for our upcoming all season room. The pictures do not do the work justice. The crew is fabulous and professional.

Tom and his team was professional, punctual and communicated throughout the entire process. They did amazing work and I would highly recommend. I will definitely use them for any future projects.

Fantastic work!!! We are so pleased with the work. Tom and his team removed a front tree, all of the landscaping, supported our porch, poured a new walkway and leveled our whole front yard. Tom and his crew were so polite and cleaned everything up after they were done. Would hire them again!!!

Tom Dugan is professional when it comes to concrete. From the time you meet him you will know what an incredibly nice guy he is. We hired Dugan Concrete to install a new driveway. The old one had several large cracks and had buckled. We watched Tom and his crew work and they are the highest professional grade as well. They took extra care to protect the brickwork around our garage from concrete splatters. The layout of reinforcing steel rebar was a work of art. Tom worked alongside his crew, directing them. They did everything right. They cut no corners. I can honestly say I've never seen a finer concrete job than what Tom did. The expansion joints were perfect! Tom gave us a very competitive bid on the job. They started within the timeframe Tom gave us and they had the job completed in two days, with some follow up. Tom sealed the concrete and replaced the sod they had to move for the pour so perfectly, you would have a hard time telling undisturbed lawn from the sod they had to move...perfect fit. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship. If you need concrete work done, Tom Dugan is the best in the business.

Tom was extremely professional and very flexible in working with me. He and his crew did an amazing job and I can see the high-quality of work and attention to detail they put into their craft. Money well spent to have my driveway fixed up by Tom!

Tom & his team did a great work on our stamped patio! We are very happy with how it turned out. Their team worked quickly, were clean & kept us informed on the progress each day. Tom was easy to work with and provided several samples of color options and stamp patterns when discussing our initial quote. Highly recommend!

Ben does a wonderful job taking care of clients. The level of service and responsiveness is far beyond my expectations compared to other companies I have worked with.

United Contracting made the whole process super easy. From the first call, they were professional, quick to get back to me and walked me through everything with insurance.

The roof looks amazing—high-quality work and materials. Thank you!!!

Special shout-out to Benjamin for helping guide me though the process.

Just had my roof replaced after hail storm. Benjamin and Dany of United Contracting were the gentleman I dealt with. I can say I have never dealt with nicer contractors and they went over and above to make sure the job was perfect and I was satisfied . I would recommend this company and these gentleman if you want a job performed over and above your expectations. You want find any nicer contractors to deal with.

I would highly recommend this company. They helped me with the process of getting the roof covered under my insurance policy. They finished the job very quickly and provided detailed pictures of each step of the process. Benjamin was very professional and always available to answer any questions.

I recently had United Contracting install a new roof and gutters on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the entire process. They paid attention to every detail and ensured that everything was done to the highest standards. The new roof and gutters look fantastic and have significantly improved the appearance and functionality of my home. I highly recommend United Contracting for anyone in need of roofing services. Their craftsmanship and dedication to quality are truly top-notch.

Benjamin Martinez-Flores and his team at United Contracting did an excellent job on a very complicated, one-of-a-kind roof installation (the roof edges curve at a 90-degree angle). He fit the project in on an emergency basis because of an active leak in the house, communicated promptly, but best of all - sent hourly drone photos of the project’s progress as well as pictures of problem areas that required underlayment repair. Since I was away during the install, his constant updates gave me peace of mind. The team cleaned up impeccably and arranged a post-job walk through to address questions or concerns. I simply cannot recommend them enough - I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I highly recommend this company! They helped me get a new roof through my insurance and we’re absolutely so professional throughout the entire process. I had a really bad experience with another company who I first filed an insurance claim with and left me high and dry. United Contracting came in where the other company had left off and picked up all the pieces and got the job done to completion!! My roof looks absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for them! They were great at communicating throughout the process just super easy to work with an extremely professional!!!

We had an enormous drieway redone. Great professionalism and flexibility.

I love this maintenance group! They did such a good job!
