Constraction reviews in Burlington, Kentucky

Had a great experience with Vandon and his crew.
Had water intrusion issues and they were able to fix that. Cleaned up after the job was done.

Wonderful service! Driveway extension and drainage fixed. They were great to work with and very professional. Start to finish in one day!

This is a top-notch company! We have used them for several large landscaping projects and they did great work every time. Vanden, the owner, is friendly and incredibly professional. You won’t go wrong with these guys!!!

Definitely recommend using Boone Maintenance. These guys do a great job for a great value! I could not be more pleased with the work they did on my drainage project. I would not hesitate to call them for any future outdoor projects I may have.

Boone maintenance just completed new concrete stairs and patio for me in front of my house. They were prompt, respectful, hardworking and meticulous. Vandon and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. The job was a bit complicated and they completed it exactly as we had talked about. Highly recommend!

Needed our patio expanded. Boone Maintenance returned my call, kept appointment to give me my estimate. When they started they completed the work quickly, professionally and left the job swept with the edges filled, seeded and covers with straw. The crew was friendly, answered my questions leaving us comfortable with them here at my home. Recommend Boone Maintenance with full trust and confidence.

Had flooding in the low point of my back yard, they came out installed a drain, leveled out our yard. Great work and all in a day. Even took the time to fill up my wife’s little garden. Thanks guys. Definitely recommend!!

Picture shows where they “decided” was best place to put their drain. Last picture shows first rainfall day after their work was completed. The puddles there at the gate and mud was the problem that they were paid to fix in the first place
When talking to them immediately after work, their response was “ the job is finished, pay us !”
Would not recommend to anyone ! Originally said they would send a quote stating work to. Be completed along with an estimate. Never received anything but an email saying when they would be there NO CONTRACT, noting in writing ! “Thought I could trust him to finish work as we had agreed on wih Two drains in the BACK YARD, one on each side Instead, I got one in the back yard on the other side, which works fine, and one in the SIDE yard on the other side that falls short of where the problem area starts. Now they refuse to return to fix the problem AND threatened my wife for payment , which I had refused to do until the work was finished as quoted . DEFINITELY not the professional business that their website declares them to be !

Boone Maintenance did an awesome job on my driveway replacement. They have a great crew that did some amazing work. I highly recommend! The owner is quick to respond and I feel like he truly cares about his customers. A+

10/10 recommend!

Slowest and laziest bunch of people. It takes 6 of them to look into a hole and 1 to fill it...

Great people to do business with. I Highly recommend.

They done a water main replacement for city of Florence, got the work done in a timely manor and were super easy to work with during construction.

I had a large pool filled in and then the dirt was leveled. They did an outstanding job and had some tricky areas to avoid. I would highly recommend and I will use them for services in the future!

Great employee's. While replacing the water main on my street and moving the metal plates in a very tight spot they kinda skinned the front of our mailbox. Jarred was at my front door the next morning with a very nice new one. I told him that I would put it on the post. He said sir I broke it and I want to fix it. Everytime we needed to get out of our driveway they were all very nice and stopped what they were doing and moved their equipment and let us out. Great bunch of guys.

These guys have been working fast and hard all month to get my Valley View done. They have been super friendly and accommodating. They have such a great sense of humor too!!!!!

Hats off to the whole crew from Rector Excavating working on the water line replacement on Valley View Drive in Southgate. They are the most courteous and friendly crew. We never have to wait to pull out of our driveway.

The crews are installing water lines on Amelia Street in Newport, KY. We own several pieces of property, the guys have been very accommodating, whether it’s with traffic control or explaining what they’re doing. You should be very proud of this amazing group of guys. Peluso Family

These guys are top notch! Denver’s crew replaced the water lines on my street like a well oiled machine. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. Every night when they finished everything was clean and buttoned up. It’ll be nice to have the street back, but I will say, I’ll miss watching them work. Impressive work and great job putting that team together
