Doubled my mowing rate this year. Recieved a letter stating due to increased insurance and costs my 2019 rate was adjusted. And stated "thanks for understanding this minimal increas". When inquired about minimal meaning double, I was told it was due to a bad quote, and I recited a "form letter". That quote was three years ago. Up untill that I had nothing but good things to say.

Wow! We have used this amazing group for the last few years as they transform our house with Christmas lights! It just makes the season for our family. Karralea and team are so kind, so professional and do everything with excellence!

Since 2009 I have relied on the Decor Group for my yearly Christmas light installation and each year it is magical! Also some Hardscapes around my home.

Sorely disappointed with the Decor of NKY. We were thrilled to have them back this year to install our Christmas lights, but they did not call or show up the week they were scheduled. I understand weather put them behind, but a phone call or a confirmed date for installation would have been nice. This company is truly focused on commercial work and residential is an after thought. I called this morning looking for update or a next schedule date, and the young woman I spoke to was lovely and apologetic, but she could not provide either. The Decor Group’s inabilty to staff up for residential work, provide updates regarding scheduling, and ultimately, get our lights up in a timely manor, has left us without Christmas light this year. We will not use this company again, nor would I recommend them at this point. We were issued a full refund of our deposit.

Outstanding! Wow, what a dramatic improvement! I had a lot work done. Driveway, sidewalks, porches (front and back), the house (brick and siding), roof, windows, patio furniture and lawn ornaments. Power Pro Washing did an amazing job!! Extremely professional and courteous. They did the whole house, windows, and all the concrete at my house, and the result was literally a night and day difference. I highly recommend them and won't use anyone else from this day forward.

Ben and his crew showed up on time and professionally despite the cold weather and rain. They cleaned my house quickly with great attention to detail. When they were done, Ben went back around the house a few times to make sure they didn’t miss anything. I’ve never experienced this quality of service for the pricing anywhere before! I am very excited and very pleased! I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends, family, and neighbors. I will also be using them again in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is the third time Power Pro Washing has cleaned my house. They are absolutely wonderful. The house always looks so nice and clean when they are finished. The owner and the manager walked around the perimeter of the house when the work was complete to make sure nothing was missed. They have a 16 month warranty on their work, so they will correct any issues that come up. I’m going to have them clean the exterior of the windows and power wash/seal the driveway, sidewalk and porch. When it’s needed, I’ll call them for a restorative service to remove oxidation on my siding and cleaning the roof to remove algae. We were standing in the back yard, looking around at houses on the street in back of us. Every one of the houses is streaked with algae on the roof. They look awful and it will actually spread from house to house. Ben told me what to watch for to know if/when I need restorative or roof cleaning services. I couldn’t be happier with their service. They are always very professional and responsive with scheduling.

Ben and his team are excellent and provided exceptional service at my home. Ben was extremely easy to schedule with and arrived promptly. Upon arrival he explained the process in depth and was available for questions.

Pro Power Washing was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad I followed through with calling them. My siding on my house needed a deep clean and my exterior trim as well. I was quoted on a price quickly and I feel like it was very reasonable. They came out on 10/14/21 to complete the job. Ben was down to earth right off the bat and was very friendly. He assured me that he could get my siding to look like new, and he did! I was very pleased with how the entire outside of the house looked. I would recommend Ben and Power Pro Washing to anyone looking to clean the exterior part of their house. I actually plan on having them come back in the Spring to clean my patio area.
